I ordered the burbon barbeque chicken breast. It was served on a warm plate with hot mashed potatoes, hot broccoli, but the chicken was cold. Not sure how they accomplished that. It all tasted good, but I would have liked the chicken hot off the grill. Also had a house salad which was mostly iceberg lettuce, and not at all awe inspiring.
We had a really good experience, our Server Brandon give us the best customer service. Offer us the new food from the menu, was terrific experience 100 points!
Visited this Friday’s on 1/20/22! I walked in and waited a few minutes to even be acknowledged! Finally who turned out to be my waiter greeted and sat me! He did a great job being attentive and respectful! The food was so so! Brandon was a great server! When I was leaving, I saw what appeared to be a manager at the podium. He acknowledged that he was a manager! Very rude and snotty! I said I just wanted to say that Brandon did a great job! He said so! He needs to be addressed! His attitude was not polite nor professional and obviously he doesn’t care about his employees or guest experiences! Covid cannot be an excuse to continue to excuse poor employee behavior!!! He would be on NOTICE!
First time at that location in VA. Bartender was awesome. I liked his suggestions on the meals and drinks. I was satisfied.
It was OK. The food was good, but they brought us the wrong meal out. They were short staffed, but we appreciated the fact that there were at least people working on New Year's eve. Floors are always sticky ... need mopped.
Tamika was hands down an amazing waitress! She was personal, polite, addressed guests as sir and 'mam! Spot on and very friendly! Good job!
I had the glazed full rack of ribs and they were amazing!!!! They were a good flavor and extremely tender also the customer service was pretty good!
Average taste for all the choices we got as we were 3 persons.The bad thing i faced while i was trying to pay at the cashier was not accepting paying using my apply pay by mobile.I was not carrying my credit cards and it was embarrassing for me as i was inviting my friends on my own expenses.TGI Fridays in my country Saudia Arabia accepting apple pay and in this branch in Washington not accepting.The whole world transformed to use the updated and the trendy method to utilize the AI to satisfy its customers and to increase its revenue and this branch has stopped to look for improvement.I will never come to TGI Fridays whenever.
The waitress was very friendly. The food order was all correct, very good and hot. The bathroom was very clean and fresh smelling.
Brandon was awesome, so helpful especially good since was his first day waiting tables there...but food was not good, ribs meaty but room temperature french fries cold and chicken nuggets were mostly fat and batter... the salad was good though and no prices on the menus for drinks the bartender had to come out and quote what price was for each drink and no more happy hr....so sad cuz used to have great specials in bar
