Staff is fast but can employees park back in corner of lot so we know drive thru only and lobby not open?Thx
I order from here often and usually get only bean burritos with an occasional mess up of beef. But lately I've ordered power steak bowl and paid the nearly $1 difference for steak instead of chicken and not once, but twice they gave me chicken in my order and I was still charged the upgraded item fee. Very disappointed in the new evening staff. I understand they may be busy, but this happened twice in a row. At least they could have told me they didn't have steak or something and refunded me but no. I still go here though because it's delicious and convenient being close to work.
Be warned! Just throw your money down the toilet. That is not food. Taco Hell.only in America! Hey district Manager I’ll be happy to buy you two tacos at night when they don’t know your going to be there. I would like to see the expression on your face. A taco should resemble a taco not brown soggy mush. 3 ingredients. So appalled!
Always consistent, friendly management, clean restrooms(which is uncommon), my last meal here was hot/fresh.
It doesn’t matter when you go, this Taco Bell sucks. Even though this is the closest one to me, I would rather drive to one of the locations in Ashburn where the employees are pleasant and they actually get your order right. Tonight I ordered two chicken quesadillas. I got ZERO. Two quesadillas with ZERO chicken in either. Didn’t realize it until I got it home. When I called to talk to the manager whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and demanded to know my name. Why? It’s not like that’s on the receipt. Also, wouldn’t apologize or issue a partial refund. The employees are rude and give attitude for no reason. Good luck getting any salsa packets from them without the employees practically throwing them at you. The food is always sloppy and old, your order will always be wrong or missing something. Avoid this Taco Bell.
If you want to wait 30 minutes for your food that is cold by the time you get it. This Taco Bell is for you. Also, they may even forget your drink. Also, don’t order delivery.
I’ve tried tacos from here twice in the past month. Both times the lettuce tasted off. Like sour/soapy. Did not eat the rest. To conclude both times upset my stomach. I believe their lettuce isn’t probably cleaned and or stored. Could be spoiled.
On two separate ocassions, my family members has experienced stomach and intestinal problems after consuming their meal.
Got chicken tacos, was given a hard taco and grilled chicken. Literally a totally different item that isn't even on the menu with competely different ingredients. Wasn't mentioned during the transaction. Below are pictures comparing the two. This is BLATANT FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
