The manager James will not fill my order. Been coming here for over 10 years. Order the same thing grande cappiciano extra dry. I was told by a manager to say no milk only foam so it was to my liking. Second time I encountered this manager and he argues with me about how I order my drink. No one else has any issues only him. I left today without a drink because he would not fix it for me. He is a very arrogant man to be working in upper class community. if I could give 0 stars to him I would. Other help has always been super helpful.
I was there at around 830 on Tuesday March 22. I had a very pleasant experience in the drive-through the man who was at the window was so polite and complementary! Really a great way to start out the day will definitely continue coming back here
The staff at this Starbucks are amazing. I had an incident today on my way into the Lansdowne shopping center, a guy followed me in a rage and got up on my tail and honked his horn because he thought I cut him off. When I got to the drive thru, he got out of his car and approached my window to shout profanities at me. Then when I got up to the mic to say my order and pulled my window down he got out of his car again and threatened to hurt me if I ever cut him off again. (I didn’t cut him off) The staff heard and saw the whole thing and offered me to come inside to take down his license plate and call the police. They also gave me my coffee for free and made me feel so safe and seen. I was very emotional and it meant a lot to me that they didn’t just move past the situation and tried to comfort me. Thank you Starbucks. God bless you all ♥️
Disgusting customer service by Ari. She told me that i was being rude when i waited in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes. For only getting 2 drinks because i asked for extra caramel and 2 people came 2 tell me that there will be an extra charge for the caramel which i understand. Never going back again. Unless you change the rude employee's working in the store. Very disappointed!!!!!
This Starbucks is the worst. They act like they are doing you a huge favor by serving you. They are often closed due to help issues which I understand but when they are open it is like an act of congress to order in person. No reason we need to be instructed how to order our coffee. Remember we are the customer!! Why should I order off the app when I am in the store? They have time to tell me I have to order on the app but not take my order? My money is better spent elsewhere.
Yesterday I would have given this Starbucks 5 stars, however this morning I placed the exact same order and they seemed so confused about Vanilla Bean Latte! I was asked so many questions regarding vanilla bean syrup or vanilla bean powder. It was my granddaughter’s request so I must admit I’m not entirely sure if it should be powder or syrup but we placed the exact same order yesterday and it came out perfectly. The result of todays drink seemed to be black coffee with syrup and foam. I’m not an expert but I believe lattes should contain milk. At any rate, all the employees were very friendly despite the confusion.
Several times not open, no drive thru, when it says it's open. People drive out of there way and have to readjust. At least have the real information available please. Update starbucks app is correct google is way wrong.
Ordered, paid and tipped online. Then when arrived person couldn’t find my order because she didn’t understand my name even after correcting her numerous times. I couldn’t get out of line due to being in the drive they, but when I got to window order was there. However, order was incorrect. Too late to deal with so I just ate it but it’s frustrating to pay for something and to not get what you paid for.
I ordered coffee and cranberry bliss bar in this store, I got my coffee but I waited for ever to get may cranberry bliss bar, and the they just not care, a lady I think she was the supervisor she asked me what I need, and I hade to explain 4 times to her, then she told to other stuff that she needs coffee, I was late for work I couldn’t explain anymore that what I am waiting for, even I paid for but I just had to leave my order:(\\nThere system is not always working to order ahed , its not my first time jn this store happens , they treat costumers really poorly unfortunately :(
Went for an online pick up and lobby was closed but drive through was open.No sign on the door saying lobby closed or anything.Now have to wait 15 minutes in a drive through when our drink was ready when we arrived.I understand short staffing, but truly a waste of time and lost drink quality.Store could have turned off online pick up or put a simple sign up.
