I was at this location on June 1st 12:30 pm and ordered a Venti Caramel Frappuccino and got a protein box. I placed my order without a problem, but waited 15 minutes to get my drink. There was several employees behind the counter and the drive thru was closed so it shouldn't have taken 15 minutes to get my drink. What upset me more is I told three different employees I was waiting for my drink before the fourth person finally gave me, my order. It was the worse Frappuccino I have ever had, it was super sweet and very runny, and the employee that finally did my ordered rolled his eyes at me like I was lying. I will not go back to this location ever.
As usual, Starbucks keeps providing extraordinary customer service and welcoming shopping/visit experience.The staff and supervisor or manger of this store during my visit today, they all were friendly, polite, communicative, and super helpful.Great customer service!

This location is DRIVE-THRU ONLY. I walked a mile to this store and was denied service simply because I wasn’t clogging the drive-thru line in my mid-sized SUV.
Nicest staff but slowest drive thru ever! Recently they’ve not even bothered opening most days. Maybe SB needs to increase pay rates to retain employees?
Way to be closed at 4:30 when you post on line that you're open until 8. Just awesome. Was suppose to meet somebody here. Totally cool??

Is there a reason why the order ahead is never available? Wouldn't you prefer to take ppls orders ahead of time and not have to deal with them in person? I feel like ppl being prepaid would streamline this process and help make things less busy. They are losing so much business from ppl who have complicated orders or don't want to risk having somebody enter in their order wrong. Get with the times.The past 2 orders I've had from this store have been wrong either way.
Service was very good. Employees were wonderful and very nice. Thank you ..Coffee M was horrible and totally different from what Starbucks usually serve. Didn’t drink it ..
The line is super long and the lounge is not open. Not sure why when you have so much business. No other stores are drive though only in the area. Whomever runs this shop should hire more people so you can handle the traffic. I hate giving out low star reviews but this should not be run this way.This doesn't reflect on the staff. They are awesome. I think they just need management who will back them up with what they need to thrive.*Editting this to give back 1 star. The service has been better these past few days
