I've had 2 sandwiches from this spot and both were fantastic! I've had the tuna sandwich (HOT) and the chicken ciapini and I recommend both, 100%.Both sammiches were stuffed with all the good things I expected so I did not feel shorted, whatsoever. The taste of both sandwiches was unique and you could really separate the flavor of each ingredient, that made each sandwich special. That goes a long way for me because it shows they care about the food making process and their ingredients are fresh. This is the perfect place for a quick to-go bite to eat or a sit down lunch/dinner if the weather is nice out. The feeling of the place is rustic and "homemade" if you will and I love that! Absolutely recommend you stop by this place if you are passing through, haven't tried it yet, or just can't decide. Unless something happens that changes my mind, I'll be going here often from now on.

I love this place. They have gotten even better and their iced lattes are much better than I remembered. They have fantastic croissant breakfast sandwiches as well. They can be hard to find. They are in the basement of the shopping complex so look for the ground walkway on the side of the center to find this and many other great shops and restaurants.

I had an appointment in this area and I arrived too early, so I decided to stop at the South Street Under. A restaurant deserving some exposure in its own right. It's located off of Catoctin SE acid from the local Post Office. You wouldn't think this restaurant exists here because the property is underdeveloped. It doesn't draw attention to the others businesses because in the morning, ask you see are parked trucks, so at first glance you're going to think this is an industrial parking lot. But at the entrance to this property you have the South Street Under a really good eatery with food well-made and with friendly staff. I stopped in to get breakfast, but saw they had pastrami sandwich on the menu, so I ordered it. A good pastrami sandwich is hard to come by in this area, so I had to see if it was worth it. And it was! Well prepared and heated to the right temperature. I decided to eat in because it wasn't crowded and the setting inside was not too bad. It definitely feels spacious and well-maintained, so I wanted to get the full experience. I will tell you, this eatery when discovered week being in repeat customers or if you happen to do business on this property, stop in and grab a bite. It's worth it.

Really nice place and atmosphere. Food is good. Many beers and distillery drinks to choose from.

South Street Under is the perfect place to stop for a great sandwiches or a warm soup! Very clean, well administrative and very professional workers. Kudos to the manager Alli!!!

Highly recommend the potato leek soup, chicken salad sandwich, quiche, and lemon bars. The curry hummus was very sweet, which isn't my favorite, and the bread on the BLT was also quite sweet. They stock Route 11 chips as well, the best!!

Wonderful outdoor seating. Great environment. Would go everyday if I was closer

The food is good overall, but the price is high compared to equivalent eateries. The location provides optimal parking options and access for some downtown Leesburg fun. Overall we would consider it more NoVa trendy than high impact. All the options we tried were good, but limited in option, size and value.

Good sandwiches, a little pricey, long line to order, very pleasant outdoor dining setting.

I just want to commend this deli for their attention to detail and running an organized, clean establishment. In these worrisome times, it is so comforting to see a food place following healthy guidelines - employees wearing masks etc. We appreciate that so much. Well done!
