Don't try calling because they never pick up the phone. But otherwise, they service is great. They are very willing to listen exactly what you want, every friendly about giving out all the sauces and boats/utensils. They will cook it fresh for you and you come back for it in about 25-30 minutes.
I made an attempt to buy six roast beef three of the staff laughed out loud and said too bad we don’t have none tell him!!! through the intercom )that’s how they talk about there clients ?? I’ve been working for 10 hour shift and I will be feeding six hard-working crew members it was a very embarrassing experience. And also when I asked for another order they said do we have gold rush sandwich.
Absolutely Gross! Food was obviously old, and had been sitting in the heat shoot (food window) far too long. I completely understand food cost, as I'm a retired District Manager - and worked in the restaurant Business for over 20 years, far too many times have I seen food cost/bonuses play a role in bad experience's and lost customer's. Hope they get it resolved else this location is doomed.
I just stopped through the drive in a few minutes ago. I got a drenched chicken biscuit and didn't get the milk carton I ordered and my father paid $10.15 for an incomplete order. The only positive thing I can say are the golden brown breakfast fries.
I always stop here ..I Think it is good eating at Roy's..I'm 59 ..its a change ofpace of the fast food ..That fat strawberry shortcake is a lot ..goodRoast beef..Grew up in Fairfax Va..Roy's has always been good to me?
haven't been to a Roy Rogers in 15 years. this place brought me back to an awesome burger, the Roy's Fixin's Bat and a friendly professional staff, I will find myself visiting again next time I come through Leesburg, VA
Ask for larger combo but it wasn't and fries was not hot
