Clean, good energy from staff! Erica was very helpful and patient! Only thing that I’d say needs work is the Mac and cheese - just a tad runny
I liked the burger and the fries here at Roy Rogers. Taste was very classic.
This has always been one of my favorite fast food recipes. I was quite happy with how kind the staff was.
Usually love stopping here but today was a disaster. My wife's burger was overcooked and the fries were undercooked, limp and soggy. I got the spicy chicken breast which was also overcooked and sizewise, resembled a chicken tender as opposed to a breast filet. I had the mac and cheese, the noodles weren't fully cooked and the sauce was runny. Clearly, the manager isn't doing their job correctly.
I visited early on a Saturday afternoon to grab a bite on my way west. The banner outside advertises a renovated dining area, and from what I saw the changes seem positive. The interior looks both clean and uncluttered. The furniture looks new and more modern while still retaining the wood motif I remember from previous experiences. The variety of two-top and four-top tables, booths, and a communal table at which I sat facing the line tv provide enough seating options for most party sizes. The staff seem to have a good energy, and I was personably greeted by the nice woman taking orders (Monica I believe).Recalling the memories of eating this fast food growing up in Maryland, I decided I wanted the tastes of my favorites: fried chicken and roast beef. The large roast beef sandwich combo with fries and a three-piece order of chicken tenders fit the bill nicely. My meal took only a few minutes to be ready, and the fixin’s bar largely came through with familiar barbecue sauce, crisp and green lettuce, ripe tomato slices, and small onion rings good for a sandwich. I quite enjoyed the familiar flavors of both the roast beef and the chicken seasoning. The roast beef has a fresher taste than other offerings, and the chicken itself tasted fine. The fries had good texture and taste, and none of my food tasted too salty. My only negative was the temperature of the food, as everything seemed room temperature to cold. I would normally expect the roast beef to be warm and the tenders and fries to be warm to hot. Correct food temperature would have made my stop close to five stars for a quick service eatery. My bill totaled just under $20 including tax (both state and city in this case). I felt I got a decent value for my purchase and would come to this location again. I will be glad to eat at Roy Rogers when I am next in the area of one and hopefully get the food I like at the temperature I like.
The workers deserve a raise!! Made my first time experience at Roy Rogers ASTRONOMICALLY amazing, I will definitely be back with my friends for that Strawberry Shortcake
First time coming to Roy Rogers, and it was a pleasant experience. The crew were delightful and had good smiles whilst taking care of our orders.
Someone convinced me to try fast food fried chicken. It was surprisingly good. However, the picture online shows mashed potatoes with the order-but it was not included. Also ordered macaroni, this was forgotten. Ordered 3 brownies, and only got two.I pulled into the drive thru to get my order but you have to go in if you do online which is cool. All on all really good for the speed of chicken!! Staff was friendly but inaccuracies are annoying.
This Roy Rogers is great they hired some really kind employees one of them gave us free ice cream if we did this word challenge it was soooo much! This is an amazing Roy Rogers!!!
Roy Rogers...its not crowded. the food is hot when you get it. The fixing bar is open and the toppings are fresh. And there's old bay out for your fries...its delish and awesome..what more can you ask for??
