I think she charged me too much for my meal. I got a 2 for deal which was $10. My husband got a regular chicken club sandwich which he said was $10 also. And 2 small fountain drinks. Charged me $38
Amazing sandwiches, if it were closer to my house I'd be eating here way too often! The oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are also incredible, I find it hard not to buy one every time I go.

I ordered two sandwiches and asked for “hot oil” on the side. The man on the line handed me two sides of oil. I informed him that I meant the oil from the hot peppers, and he was OBVIOUSLY annoyed by my request. He said I can give you a little but, I don’t have a lot. The stores have huge jars of these peppers, but my request was a problem. Every time I got to Potbelly’s, I always ask for this and this was the first time, I was treated like it was an inconvenience.As I was checking out, I asked the cashier if he was the manager and she responded yes. I was in mid sentence with her when she told me to hold on and asked a guest behind me, if he had a to-go order. When I again asked for his name, she hesitated.Service is obviously an issue at this store and I will not be returning. Awful!

I love Potbelly's skinny sub...usually. Today, I ordered this sandwich (the skinny) and I waited for a moment at the ordering counter to see if the person would ask about toppings. That person just said "thank you" in a tone that made me wonder what to do next. The same person shouted down to the cashier "Does she want anything on that?" I said "no" to the cashier because I wasn't cool with the exchange. The cashier was perfectly fine.
Restaurant was clean and process was easy. Food was a bit above average but staff was disengaged and not friendly. The person making my sandwich didn't talk or even look up.
Stopped at this Potbelly for lunch with my daughter while we ran some errands. She is PICKY! She ate her entire sandwich! Mine was also delicious. Always fresh, always fast & always good.
