I don't typically write reviews but this place sincerely needs one. If you are considering going out and getting some of that "Famous Louisiana Fried Chicken" I would reconsider your options, or just stay home and cook. I've gone to this unfortunate location many of times over the years to see if it had got better. I was wrong. So very wrong. Aside from the disgusting eroding aesthetics of the place, the staff and the food are egregious. Cold, mushy chicken sandwiches, Emotionless attitudes, and Incorrect orders is what I experience as every time. I understand the struggle, I used to work fast food too. Its not easy but the some of the people working here simply don't care. My latest I ordered a 10pc spicy tender box and was abruptly cut off when the drive thru cashier announced my order total and told me to come to the window. I wasn't finished ordering but looking back on it now I thank him. I reinstated my order at the window just to be sure it was right and he said yes. I didn't check the food because I trusted him. I later got home and the familiar feeling of disappointment and sadness accompanied me. I got thighs, wings, and drums. At the end of the day I guess it was my mistake for thinking it was ok to come here. But don't say I didn't warn you :)

Today was my last visit ever to this location. The customer service is awful, and the staff is generally rude. I’ve never not once had items missing from my order, and have had to go back into the store to get missing items every time I’ve used the drive-thru. No issues with the food, but that is not enough for me to ever go back to this location.

The 1 star is for service, or rather the lack thereof. I stood at the counter waiting to order for 8 minutes without even being acknowledged while one of the employees made a call to complain about another employee. Once the employee got off the phone, they still didn't acknowledge me. There was no "we'll be right with you" or anything. I got the sense that I would be waiting forever, so I left.
Always “forget” several items in our drive thru order. We literally never get our biscuits. They fill the small Mac and Cheese less than halfway… literally 2 bites. Very unfriendly employees there too. It’s like they put no effort into anything.
Popeyes Leesburg is the absolute worst. The guy who runs the drive thru is the rudest person ever. Food isn't hot. Just all around bad always
I was a little disappointed because my sandwiches were not hot. I got them in the drive thru, so I was not expecting piping hot, but drove less than 3 miles and they were lukewarm all the way through. Do better.
Delicious but small pieces. Probably not the stores fault. Service was good. Drive thru went fast
Popeyes in Leesburg is worst Popeyes I ever eat. The chicken is really old not crunchy, all the staff especially the manager is rude. I live in Leesburg area but willing to drive further to Sterling or Ashburn to get Popeyes but not here.
Some of the worst service I’ve had in a long time. Never coming to this location again. Please figure out the staffing at this location because it’s making Popeyes look terrible. Then, whenI began eating, I realized the chicken was undercooked.
