I usually order from Domino's but wanted to try pizza hut again. The pizza was so so. I had curbside pickup but waited an waited and nobody answered the phone and nobody was visible inside. Finally I read inside and someone came out from the back. Not sure what was going on, but it was a considerable amount of time and didn't make a good impression, or make me want to go back
I call Pizza Hut of Leesburg the website said that they close at 12.00am . A guy answer the phone ask for my number and my order to tell me that they are close ???♂️??♂️So how he’s answering me . That’s crazy
The store double charged my credit card. A lady called after my order was placed stating my card did not go through for full amount? I told her I see the full transaction of 30.98 on my statement, she charged me again for 30.15. I demand a refund.
The stuffed crust pizza was perfect!! We love it and will keep coming back in the future!
The delivery driver waited for me to open the door after he knocked, then he puts the pizzas on the ground instead of handing them to me and then walks off. This cant be a COVID issue because different drivers have handed them to me. If this was a COVID issue, he should have worn a mask when knocking on the door.
Food was made perfect. Had a bad run of stuffed crust at other locations but this one was what I remember it being.

I ordered a pizza and unfortunately only had cash which they knew about in advance. Upon delivery the driver had no change to offer back. I wasn’t about to give him 19.00 tip.Yhe driver so rude about it and could not bother to bring back change. Hey Pizza Hut stop accepting cash if you cannot deliver! His rudeness made me take the time to write this.
