Pizza was cut unevenly to a point where there were 6 large actual slices and 2 slices that looked like shark teeth. Uneven toppings as well. Otherwise pizza tasted good.

This location needs help. Last time the pizza was half cooked, still dough in middle. This time they couldn’t find the order, and made no effort to try. Waited for 10 min, they couldn’t find the order and instead of asking me if I wanted them to start a new one, they ignored me until I left. Good job.
Worst Papa John’s I’ve ever dealt with, hands down. Ordered 1 pizza over an hour ago, it said it was out for delivery 40 minutes ago and still has not arrived. I live about 5 minutes from the restaurant.
Masks are required to enter regardless of vaccination status yet neither of the employees are wearing masks? Also, no safety seal? This is a health hazard. Do not come here.
We are regulars ordering from the Leesburg Papa John's. Typically deliveries are pretty speedy, sometimes on a Friday they can be laggy, but hey everyone is ordering on a Friday! We love the stuffed crust, chicken wings and the Mambo sauce too. Papa John's keeps us coming back with its consistency and of course the "Nats win" coupon makes me a lazy cook on the occasional week night.
Shaq a roni pizza is back at Papa John's, if you haven't tried it yet, you have to. It is worth $ 16 and comes with a garlic sauce.
Great experience, we order pizza online and pizza is always ready within 15 minutes. So convenient. Great staff. Pizza well cooked.
Horrible customer service. Unwilling to fix issues when mess ups occur. Rude "managers" will hang up on you when you say there is an issue. No happy resolve of issues, will call you a liar when you say the food wasn't delivered (even though you have a Ring to prove it). Just horrible people, horrible business, and no better than John Schnatter and his statements that got him ousted from the company.
Very bad place to go get pizza,my husband waited 1 hr and 30 minutes to pick up this pizza.they have so much doordash is the causing ? Then you need hire more people or if you can't take this order just tell us no more service.They ruin our friday to enjoy.sucks place to go,very bad !!
