For the first time in the multiple times we visited Panera was I disappointed. I had ordered the chicken Baja warm bowl which was everything but warm. Everything in the bowl was cold and the rice was super dry and hard, as if it was stale. I will not recommend the warm bowl. Rest of the things we ordered, the flat bread pizza and the chicken sandwich, were great.
I always like going to Panera because their breads are fabulous their food is prepared to order not coming out of plastic bags or frozen cartons. What I like most is the coffee bar, the coffee always seems to be very hot which is important to me, and they have free add-ons like milk 2% milk and cream and creamers. I find Panera isn't exceptional value and a really good product. I've had issues with their app in the past because of the way it tracked location and proximity to a restaurant but any errors were undone fairly easily.
We are so excited that this Panera Bread is open. Because the Panera Bread on E. Market Street is so bad, we usually drive to the Panera Bread on Turo Parish Drive in Ashburn. This location just opened August 1, 2021 so it is new, beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. Good coffee and donuts.
Unfortunately not one of the better Paneras. Seems like most times I visit, it feels dirty and disorganized. Lack of variety of baked goods(anytime of day) compared to others. Food is ok, consistent with the brand, but lacks the presentation.
The food is always good. But, there was no toilet paperin the stall and no soap to wash your hands with in the ladies bathroom. These are pandemic times and no soap? The floor was filthy. I often think if the bathroom is that dirty, how clean is that kitchen?
Drive thur speaker barely works, or unless that was the girl that wasn’t the girl talking load another. I asked for Mac and cheese, and a sandwich and a cinnamon bun! I only got a sandwich and the cinnamon bun. Even tho I paid for the Mac and cheese. I wasn’t gonna go back through and ask about it.
A very clean and nice place very nice friendly atmosphere great service the broccoli cheese soup and the new thin crust pizzas or very good and I do recommend them they have a lot of other tasty things on the menu that are very good as well we enjoy going here for a quick bite and for relaxing atmosphere have a nice little fireplace inside even though that it's not real it's still works and it's still put on a nice little warped when you can get the table near there that is a great one of use and that's what we try to use they keep the place very well clean they take all precautions against covid-19 it's reasonably priced and I said a good location of this restaurant highly recommend you will enjoy yourself here
This location never fails to be an extreme disappointment unfortunately. I am skimped out on every order. This morning was definitely my last visit - I can ask for extra of anything on an order, and am still given less than what the normal order amount should be. This continues to happen with my orders here. Service is noticeably slow at times the place does not appear to be busy.
Not advisable to use the drive thru. Months ago they gave me a cold sandwich I ordered grilled cheese sandwich. Today they forgot to put in the paper bag the brownie i ordered. Do you think i have to drive back??? Im giving them 2⭐️⭐️!
The food was good, we ordered sandwiches and bowels. Leesburg was very disorganized, they couldn't find a carryout order that had been created 15 minutes before we arrived. We pulled into a parking space and sent the space number to the text that had arrived and nobody appeared for ten minutes. I went into the restaurant and found that a) nobody could find our order and b) the lights and toilets in the mens' room were out. and c) the back half of the restaurant was filthy
