Near the front of the Village, Noku Sushi offers both traditional and more modern Japanese cuisine selections. Having visited twice, both of my dinner meals left me feeling a little disappointed.Having eaten both a spicy tuna poke bowl and vegetable ramen entrees, I considered both items to be lower quality than I expected. Perhaps I happened to just be a little unlucky with my food's taste both times, but two instances of negative impressions unfortunately lead to not wanting to return for a third visit. With that said, the menu offers a good variety of options for those to select while maintaining affordable pricing points.
This place is legit. I’m also Asian so I know if sushi is good (or not). Haha. We have had yummy sushi here consistently over the years. They seem to have added sushi chefs and wait staff so we had super fast service and our sushi came out in a flash looking and tasting real good. Even their seaweed salad was spot on and very fresh. Their udon is a staple. My favorites are tuna, salmon sushi, spicy tuna roll and California roll (ask for it with Masago).
It is rare that I get to have Sushi, but it was definitely worth the wait. My son did a great job in the selections. Everything was fresh and delicious.

This place used to be good, not anymore. Got $90 worth of take out today and it was terrible! Every single dish was bad, so it wasn’t a one-off. No one finished his/her meal and could only eat a few bites-that’s how bad it was. The hibachi chicken wasn’t grilled, it was baked and doused in spices. Fried rice tasted like garlic and nothing else. Miso soup was sour. Cucumber roll crumbled apart and the rice was very dry. Even the soy sauce was bland. 10/10 do not recommend.
Great food, good service…
Sushi was great! Servers were very nice, we ordered a few rolls of sushi, but the highlight of their menu was the toro was the best, the chives on top had a twinge of salt that really added to the flavor, the sushi melts in your mouth, fish was fresh and the rice was well flavored, 10/10
Tried this place out last night, never having had Ramen before. I’m so glad we chose this restaurant to try it out! The food was Delicious from the appetizers of Shrimp and Veggie tempura and the lil fried chicken pieces all the way to the Ramen soups.. It was a Fantastic Meal !! We are already planning our next dinner there!! Our waiter was Jared, he said he has only been working there for a few weeks.. He did a Great job of explaining the food, the spices and the flavors. He was very professional and friendly. Jared’s recommendations were spot on ! We will tell others and we will return-and we will Request Jared !! Thanks Noku Sushi !!
I had a great experience before covid at this place. And went back today and it was one of the worse sushi I ever had. The rice in the rolls was not good at all, hard and flaky. They put two leaves of lettuce in my salad and the dressing was horrible! Way too much peanut butter in it. I asked for extra ginger and I had the same amount I usually have in other sushi place and they charged me 1 extra $ for that! I don’t recommend this place no will I ever eat there again.
The sushi and ramen were great, the food quality was superb. The actual locale was not, it's small and crammed and smells funny. The service suffered as there weren't enough servers for the crowd. Probably will have take out next time
