would give this one star if i could. Was my first time getting Moes in over a year and I asked if they had quesadillas. Without answering my question, the guy grabs a tortilla and starts putting cheese on it. I look at him confused because he didn't answer a simple and respectful question. He then laughs along with his coworker and then I ask for double chicken. He completely skimps on it and I asked again if that was double, and he again, does not answer me but faces his coworker and laughs again. At this point i get annoyed and ask them what was so funny? No response again of course. Don't mean to sound like a Karen but customer service is literally the easiest thing in the world and is so crucial in restaurants.
What an utter disappointment this place has become. My family used to go here all the time when under different management. I've been there a handful of times over the last year or so, and every time I say "never again." I broke that resolution recently, and I'm back to "never again."Every time I've been there over the last year or so, the restaurant has been utterly filthy. No one in the place at all most recently, and nearly EVERY TABLE was dirty, food crumbs, etc. The floors were filthy, too. Lettuce on the floor, pieces of other food, trash, looks like it hasn't been mopped in weeks, etc. Tables were wobbly, etc. We walked around the empty restaurant just looking for a clean table. Finally found ONE. And again, NO ONE was there, just the workers. No excuse whatsoever for the restaurant to be in this condition.Food was OK, but with the consistent condition of this now DUMP, I can't say I'm confident in the ways it's being cooked and served. Used to be some pride in this place, but that is completely gone. Never again.
Food dropped all over the queso dip and they served it to me like that ?Salsa is not kept cold enough. Not sure if this restaurant would pass a health inspection the way things have been here lately.
This place has gone way down in every way since they opened. I used to love it. Dirty, bad service, meteoker food. So sad!?

I have eaten at Moes and their food is always good and their delivery was on time and all was in order.
The food was great and the staff was very friendly, but the bathroom was terrible. Mold, corrosion, general lack of cleanliness, and the toilet was in disrepair. It was strange because the restaurant itself was quite clean.
Didn't quite fill the order correctly.
