Bad attitude from the cashier at the drive through. KS#13, date today (April 20th, 2022) at 7:32am. She sat there and took my contactless payment and then stared at me for not moving forward when the car in front of me proceeded to move. (Like are you stupid?) were her thoughts. Then she said “you can pull up.” I said “where’s my receipt?” And she yanked it from the receipt machine and aggressively handed it over all while she was taking more orders at the drive through and assembling happy meal boxes. Lady, get a new job if you hate customers that much or your attitude sucks that much. It may be McDonald’s but your attitude is what drives businesses to the ground. Have some manners and respect (especially in a customer service based job).
Got a crispy chicken sandwich and there was pieces of metal all through my chicken. Refused to give me refund. Acted like they didn't care. I got videos and everything. Made my tongue bleed. Absolutely disgusting. Then get a call from the store owner saying "oh it was just pieces of the basket they fried your food in, not a big deal" imagine if I fed this to my kids !
Used the app to order food. Showed up, app didn’t accept I was at location told me to inform staff of order number and they would help me. Staff told me to never use the app that I will never get my food. The Manager Refused to help me, told me to leave. As a manager you should have better customer service then that.Would give no stars if it was possible.
This is the worst McDonalds ever, I literally ordered a big breakfast with no meat and biscuits and then they gave me a big breakfast with only eggs like wth never go to the McDonalds.
Customer service is good, fries were over cooked and hard. Asked for lite tartar and it was every where but on the sandwich! The drive thru speaker needs to be loud enough to hear over the traffic
My husband loves to get his hazelnut ice coffee from here. I personally think their food is too salty and the last time we got fries from there we ended up throwing them away. The menu seems to be a little expensive for the food they are serving.
The food is good. But they always mess up larger orders, forget straws, and they have new employees every week. Can't keep a staff...
Went here yesterday with my girlfriend. Prices are way too much. It seems the Covid-19 pandemic has prices gone up & portions go down.
Stopped for lunch on Sunday afternoon. Clean facility and restrooms, inside dining room open and not crowded. Ordered via electronic menu board and food prep and delivery was fast and efficient. Fish sandwiches and fries were the same quality we've come to expect from McDonald's restaurants.
This location is fairly poor. They usually screw something up, so be sure to check your bags. Missing fries, missing sides in happy meals, wrong size nugget orders, etc. Not sure it will improve as it's not really gotten worse...it's just always been hot or miss; bit mostly miss...
