Always messing up your order, regardless if in person or mobile order. Slow drive thru is excruciatingly incompetent
I don't know if they are trying to cheat their drive-thru timer goals or something, but nearly every time I order in the drive thru (a simple meal for one person), I get told to pull into one of the spots and they will bring it out. It doesn't matter if there is literally no one behind me, or what I order. Today they gave me my food and told me to pull over in a spot for the drink. I waited 5+ minutes and eventually had to go in and wait another 3 minutes just go get a coke. It's really getting annoying.
People eat from here? Nasty. Has anything ever been cleaned here? Super slow. Terrible attitude.
I am honestly starting not to like this McDonald's. I only stop here cause it's convenient for me on my way to work but the service is horrible. I've ordered an apple pie every morning and half the time and the pie is very old where I cannot even bite into it. The lunch service is also horrible the fries are always cold.
Very regularly mess up orders. Today they completely missed a happy meal and a Double Quarter Pounder…not sure how this happens, but it does with regular consistency.
Today's order was timely as well as hot/fresh. The order was even brought to me which was a first.. Before I could even give her a few dollars extra for her work ethic she was already on her way to accommodate another paying customer. Been dining here since the mid 90's.
Terrible. I go here on Sunday mornings. Decided to pay at counters, instead at self service kiosk. I was over charged when I went to pay for my breakfast.
I rarely write google reviews for food, and when I do, it’s for a terrible time. I ordered a simple 2 cheeseburgers meal and one small shake at about 1:45 this morning. I understand it will be short staffed but I was the only car in line and it took a few mins to get on speaker and then 15-20 mins to get the simple order. I was also not offered any free coupon or food. I have had similar experiences every few months here, so it’s clearly a problem. Never going to order here again.
Never been to a McDonald's in years. Every other place was closed except this. Really I would pick any other restaurant if they were open at midnight over this.The manager fired a guy on the spot in front of customers. Does not call out order numbers, leading to confusion.This visit reminded me of why I don't eat at McDonald's.
Got screamed at through the drive through the. When asked who the manager on duty was I was threatened with having the cops called on me. I waited for Leesburg police to show up and have a good laugh with them when McDonald’s tried to tell me I can’t record on public land. Needless to say that individual needs to be fired. I have video if curious
