love the customer service the most, then secondly let's not forget about the pizza, so good it hit the spot. I'll be back for seconds.
The food was great but the only thing i didn’t like was the dishonesty of charging me another transaction in my bank account. We went yesterday and we ordered food. The billing was 39.69 but withe NCA charge it was 41.18. I got that transaction in my bank account, now there is two more transactions for 8.32 and another one for 1 dollar. What is kind of business does this. To me this is something that makes me not wanting to come back. Check your bank transactions after going to this place. To me its a no-go no more. I hace receipts and will make a dispute with my bank. So disappointed…
Good selection of entrees on menu, portion size is good, food is delicious !
Servers were nice. This place has really really really bad food and very expensive compared to the quality. Don’t go here, buy a frozen entree instead, the quality would be the same if not better than this food. The chicken and calamari are straight from a bag in the freezer. The spaghetti was super over done and tasteless. This place is not worth the stomach ache.

We chose to dine here because I asked on Facebook if anyone knew of a place with cream of crab soup around here, and this place got raving reviews for their cream of crab soup. I brought my mom and my children along, and we were all excited for the soup, until it arrived at the table. Definitely not real cream of crab soup- it's more of a creamy Maryland crab soup. Definitely let down by that, and I was the only one who didn't mind eating it, but when we were talking to the waitress, she started arguing with my mother about how we don't know what cream of crab soup is- it was a bit crazy! Then our mozzarella sticks arrived, cold. So we asked if we could have them re-fried. When the waitress returned to take our dinner order, she prefaced by saying, " make sure to order something you're actually going to like." My mom and I were pretty taken back by this, but just replied that this was our first time dining here so we don't know what to order, and we hope we'll like the food we chose. We ordered fettuccini alfredo, chicken parmesan, and steak and chicken kabob platters. The food tasted like the frozen tv dinners my grandmother used to eat. Between the sub-par food, and the sub-par staff attitude, we will not be back.
In town visiting my daughter and son-in-law. They ordered from Mama Lucci's and it was delicious. So much so, we've eaten there again tonight! Everything from the Stuffed Shells, Lasagna, Spaghetti and Pizza to the awesome Gyros and Falafel platter! Definitely going to be a regular stop every visit.
Very warm and inviting establishment and staff. The Pizza and Calzone my husband I enjoyed was delicious and the authenticity in all the flavors could not be questioned. Also thank you for accommodating a late night, last minute hungry couple to dine in!!
The food doesn't seem a tasty as it once did. I was not impressed.
First time ordering today. I was very pleased with our visit. The inside of the restaurant is very clean, decorative, and the staff were welcoming and friendly.We ordered Lamb & Beef Gyro and Falafel Platter. The meat from the Gyro was seasoned SO WELL and the salads were so fresh! Wish I had gotten more meat. The falafel platter had great portions, roasted veggies were well cooked, and the falafel was seasoned well. Good vegetarian meal. A little pricey, but not that bad for what you get. You also get a service charge, so keep that in mind.
