Excellent food and service

The atmosphere was good. The hibachi chef was interactive, funny, and helped to keep the kids interested in what was going on being sure to include them on the fun. Several of the people in our party felt that the food was very bland and lacking in flavor and was the most disappointing part of the whole experience. Would I go back, maybe if I was not paying. Is it worth the money? For the entertainment yes but the food no.

Overall a very good experience. Food was good quality and expertly prepared. Our chef was excellent, both in his cooking at well as making the got experience entertaining for everyone. The only gripe I had with the visit was with the service other than the chef which was not very attentive. For example, not refilling drinks, or coming to check, throughout the entire dinner.

I’ve been coming here for ~10 years and have always been impressed with the food and the staff. The hibachi experience is amplified with how interactive each hibachi chef is with the table. The hostess and bartender are very nice as well.

I have never written a review on a restaurant before, but the service was terrible and frustrating. The waiter and the hostess were extremely rude. They brought out the wrong appetizer and stormed off like children when we told them it was not what we ordered. It was my daughter's bday, and she wanted to eat there. Otherwise, I would have told them about themselves and taken my business elsewhere.

I’ve been to a lot of hibachi places and this is the best hibachi I’ve ever had hands down. Service is good and the food is abundant and delicious!

For two adults our bill was $80.00. Let me repeat that... $80.00. We were charged $3.95 for a Coke! And $5.00 for fried rice. I have never seen an Asian restaurant charge extra for RICE in an Asian dish! Moreover, the person taking our order did not tell us there was an additional fee for fried rice. Crazy insane. The tax on the bill was $7.00. Most irritating was our chef, who got into a political debate with us at our table about his opinions about COVID-19 and insisting that the virus came from America. When I corrected him, that it came from the Wuhan Lab in China, the tone of the rest of the meal went downhill from there. We didn't come to this restaurant to hear the chef's political theories. He also kept speaking to my boyfriend only, as if he hated women. And he also kept interrupting our private conversation at the table with the antics he was doing with the food. It was annoying. When you come out and cook tableside, you have to be wise enough to read your guests. Some don't want to be bothered with all the fanfare. Some do. If they just want to eat, leave them alone. The chef was super annoying and gave half our food away by putting it in to-go orders that were about to be picked up. The whole experience was inferior. I will never be back. Prices way too high for an aggravating experience.

Can’t believe I’ve been here for 21 years and never been to Kobe. It was great! The filet mignon was juicy and tender. I also caught all the chicken bits the chef tossed at me, so there’s that too! The virgin strawberry daiquiri was delish! I’ll be back!

Great meal, chef was fantastic! Disappointed that the waitress kept trying to rush us out at the end of the meal. I could understand if the place was full and they needed the table, but in this case there was no line and 4 tables free. For the amount of money you spend, it is irritating to get rushed at the end of the meal.
