Asked for a 17 Cali no cheese add bacon the sub came back with nothing on it I spoke with the dark haired manager she seemed annoyed I asked and said “ok well I didn’t write the ticket” … “But I’ll put it on “ when she brough back my sub I didn’t bother checking because she made me feel like a bother I went to my car and it’s literally just mayo so thick it’s coming out of the sub I’m disgusted idk what happened to this location but ever since they changed owners the staff has been unpleasant and uncaring about their product
I first discovered Jersey Mike's when I lived in North Carolina and it reminded me of a real sub where I grew up in NY. The bread, meat and other ingredients are great quality and taste. Been to this location a number of times and they are friendly and so a great job making the food. If you are looking for a real sub, this is a placer to try
Went to pick up sandwiches for my coworker and this is the sandwich we get, the bread feels like it’s been dip in water, the veggies were missing.. horrible service, try calling the store 4times to talk to a manager and no one answered…. Very disappointed
Great experience all around with nothing negative to memory. The sandwiches were great as they usually are at this chain and the service was very friendly and inviting
It's a chain sub restaurant so there shouldn't be any surprises. The meat is definitely a cut above Subway, so it has that going for it. One annoyance is their large sub isn't that large, but the next size up is "giant," which is unnecessarily large--forcing you into a choice where you'll likely be unhappy either way. The sandwiches are of pretty good quality for a chain. Not a bad choice for something quick.
Their subs are always good. A little pricey. But worth it if your hungry. I always forget to ask for extra mayo or mustard or whatever, so the sandwich ends up being a bit too dry. But, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Restaurant was clean. I definitely keep going back.
I placed an order online and was given a 40 minute wait time. I arrived when I received a text that my order was ready but it was t even started. Even after they knew I was there they didn’t make any effort to start my order but carried on a conversation.there were three people working and only one family dining. The attendant I spoke to seemed annoyed. When my order was finally ready after 10 minutes of waiting, the cashier brought out the bag without looking at me and placed it on the pick up rack. Disappointing experience from this location!!!
