Food quality has slipped a lot. Service was great. Prices for breakfast food box this quality are too high.
I was spending time with my parents. We were trying to decide on a place to eat lunch and IHOP hit the nail on the head for everything we were looking for. My mom wanted chicked, my dad wanted a burrito of some kind and myself wanted a little sandwich. Again IHOP had everything. I always recommend IHOP. We love it so much and for the price. It's definitely worth it.
Clean facility, but my food came bbn out only semi warm. Thankfully with pancakes and eggs that's only a minor problem. Young, new staff contributed to a little slowness but I was still in and out in less than an hour. There's new competition across town in the form of First Watch, so IHOP needs to up its game a little to stay relevant.
This IHOP is still keeping up with the pandemic protocol...only bringing out single serve containers of everything. Service was excellent! My server, Liliana. was very attentive and super friendly. Even though it was near closing time, they were still on top of their game!
I ordered one time and we waited 40 mins for our food once we got there… and then when we got home we saw that all our orders were wrong. The food is good though. Just the kitchen and some staff are very unexperienced.
Had a great experience, waitress Lorrie was awesome. Great customer service.
Took forever to get a server, then took forever to get our food. $10.99 for pancakes ... I'll make my own at home next time. Is there a pancake shortage? The only reason they even got 3 stars is because the pancakes WERE good. I guess they're like the Red Lobster of pancakes.
Cheap food but pretty good. It's an I hop. Like all the others. They didn't screw anything up so that's good.
This was my first time coming to the location. The food was good but my waiter sucked. He forgot to give me silverware. He hardly came by my table to wait on me. When i paid my bill he came back with the wrong recipe. He charged me $47 for someone elses meal when mine was only $17. They refused to give me cash back. They are issuing a refund and now I gotta wait til monday to get my money back. What a way to make an impression for my first time here.
Romina was a delight.... food good but had wait for almost hr at table for food...ridiculous cuz empty tables all over
