I love that I can order on the app and drive there and get my dinner with little fanfare. And their burgers and fries are second to none! This particular location has always been quick and responsive.

The burger was amazing! More than I wanted to spend but damn that was a good burger!

Tasty, but pricey IMHO. Yes, it's better than typical fast food - but not sure it's that much better.

I tried placing order by phone , what a loss !!!! Modern convenience and operations .. Training and retention of skilled staff .. Please retrain the members working the phones , I won’t call again .. Communication is your lifeblood . 1 Thank you !!!!!

$9.29 for a $3 quality burger? How much thinner could you press this patty? Come on, 5 Guys. Coming here used to be a treat.

The most over priced cheese burger ever. 3.5 oz burger that cost $9.00. REALLY. I would never recommend this place. The increase in price is ridiculous during a pandemic!

If I could give zero stars to this Five Guys establishment then I would. Tonight my best friend and I went to Five Guys for takeout. $ 70 plus a tip was spent on 4 burgers and 3 orders a fries. One sandwich was a BLT and the other 3 sandwiches were bacon burgers. Two of the sandwiches were completely wrong and without bacon. If it was any cheap burger spot then we would have just ate the burgers. But, anyone who knows Five Guys knows how pricey it is. So my friend called to explain our wrong order. They asked what day we would like to pick up the burgers?? Um how about NOW since we just ordered food from you. $70 worth of food was spent, so yes we're going to drive out and get our correct order!! So we drove 30 minutes back to Five Guys to pick up our correct order. When we arrive to Five Guys our order is in a bag waiting. My friend asked for a fresh order of fries since our original fries that we ordered were now cold due to coming back out to Five Guys. The staff said they were out of fries (which was a lie because there was fries cooking right behind him) and he said "I'm not giving you fries". $70 plus a tip was spent on this food and the tip alone would have covered the fries. I didn't want to start a confrontation but that is really weak from Five Guys. I won't be going back to this establishment. I prefer Melt anyway. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever witnessed.

Website and app clearly state that they have curbside. Hence I go ahead with my order. I call for someone to bring out my food and they said they don’t have curbside. I mention the website and they don’t apologize and just repeat that they don’t have curbside. In any business, if your website states something you must deliver what you say you do. I just don’t get having 7 employees including the manager, no lines, 3 people dining in and not deliver what you promised. Back customer service.

Believe what you hear about 5 Guys and more because I consistently enjoy one of the most comforting burgers ? and ? in existence!
