What a great spot! Our soccer team came here between games today (Sunday) and the staff there happily took on the heavy customer load. Food tasted good, doughnuts were fresh and the service came with a smile from the manager! Right next to CFA which I love too!
Not bad feel like they never have enough donuts or a good selection but they are still fairly new.
This new location is very modern and looks great. The food is good but the service is not, employees are not friendly and they are on their cellphones often instead of taking care of customers. What a shame otherwise the food quality and prices are great.
Best dunkin donuts (yes, I will forever call it dunkin donuts as it should be called). Coffee, food and service are always great. Some of the reviews I'm seeing about them getting orders wrong ive never experienced it and ill tell you my secret, try ordering actual coffee instead of some 35 ingredient chemistry experiment.
Been by three times since they opened, not once have they gotten my order correct. Maybe they'll get it together, but for now I'm going to just keep going to the one on Market. Shame since this one is less than a half mile from my house.Wanted to update this, been a little over a half a year since my review, things have not gotten much better. Still pretty consistently get the orders wrong, food is good just gotta check your bag before you leave.
Been there since they've opened and have had generally a good experience. However, the last couple of times, I've had issues. Today was the last straw. Placed an online order (through their app). Ordered a bagel w/ cream cheese. Now how is this acceptable? See picture attached. Disappointed.Update 1/31/2022: When will I learn? I ordered specific donuts for my dozen (see receipt below) and they gave me these. See second set of pics. How? This was an online order and I figured they couldn’t make a mistake…apparently I’m wrong.
The best dunkin I've been to in a while! My order was swift and the staff behind the counter were sweet. The young man at the sandwich station ensured that my sandwich was made pristine. I ordered for extra crispy bacon on my bacon egg and cheese bagel and he provided. What great customer service!
Very poor service and very slow, would recommend getting food/coffee at any of the other great local coffee shops in Leesburg instead. It'll be faster and better tasting.I once did a mobile order and took over 30 minutes, but half of it was made in 10 minutes, so part of my order sat and got cold while I had to wait for another item to eventually be made.Another time, I tried to ask a worker about my poorly made drink and only got a "do you know what a cappuccino is?" and no real help.Also don't bother doing the "curbside pickup", they will never come out to your car. I won't be back.
Edited...The last few times I have been there I have seen a big improvement in the customer service and quality of service. Hope this keeps up.I witnessed a male staff member drop half of a bagel on the floor...look around behind him to see if anyone saw and picked up the half of bagel on the floor a place on top of the other half on the counter and wrap it and proceed to give it to a customer when they walked in to pick it up. I saw this all through the drive-thru window. This is totally unacceptable, and this location is really under staffed. ??♀️
I had great customer service from one employee in particular. Jack was very friendly and made sure my order was ready and correct before handing it off to me. It’s clear the crew is really coming together considering how recently this location has been put here everyone was really kind and is being run smoothly!
