I have walked in and out of there several times. Line not moving. Employees are busy while the owners do administrative work or hide in the office. I have ordered twice and walked out without my order due to them skipping it in the que.
I love this location, very clean, good customer Service. We live in Ashburn we have one close by but we prefer to drive to leesburg because of the customer service. Good Job Guys!
The chocolate chip ice cream was very gritty tasting. I'm not sure why that would be that way.
Two times I've ordered online and twice the order was either not prepared or I was told "someone else took it". Hardly an apology and had to wait until other orders were placed. Pretty bad customer service. In this location, simply don't order online. In If you are not here in person pointing out what kind of donut you want, they won't get your order right. Try the other Leesburg location instead.
I have been coming to this location for years. I am not a big review person, but 2 incorrect orders in 2 days with no crowd is frustrating. The first occurred in store. Asked twice if I want sugar, answer no. Get to my office too sweet to drink. Pick up order including a jelly donut on receipt. Got chocolate glazed. I didn't ask for a special order...really?
Great shop. Nice staff and fast service. And donuts. Hell yeah!I actually went for the baskins ice cream which was awesome.
Stale donuts, small servings of ice cream, high prices, and lackluster service make for an underwhelming experience.
Went twice. Very busy but the crew there handled it superbly. They are a great team. Boss should value them all.
