I came in 30 minutes before they closed and they didn’t want to serve me because the oven was shut off. She told me they would make it but to come earlier next time. I understand they have places to be but if the restaurant is opened until 9 they should be willing to serve without an issue until that time. I doubt I will come back to this place
Not only is the delivery time incorrect but they leave you on hold for ever to check on your order. Gave then multiple chances ordering and always horrible.
Food was good, not amazing but very good. But the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Overall great experience. I know this sounds silly but they also have power outlets at each booth that were very helpful for myself while traveling.
Sarah at the counter & another man were excellent. I went 2 weeks ago for the 1st time. I was so impressed by the service they provided. They do their jobs wholeheartedly. The food was so fresh, juicy & delicious. They served it with so much love & care. I would definitely go there again & again. I highly recommend.
This restaurant use to have good pizza compared to the rest of the pizza places around! The sauce and cheese are flavorful! However, they have either changed the recipe of the crust or in my opinion purchased pre-made crust and throw on the sauce, cheese and toppings! The crust is like a cardboard texture. We’ve tried asking to cook it more and cook the pizza less. It’s reminds me of when my kids were in school and they had to sell the pizza kits for fund raisers. We’ve even called to ask if it’s premade and they stated no! We’ve give them several tries lately and were done with this pizza joint. The pizza was the only thing that was good at this place. I wish them well, but it’s time to find another pizza place! We’re done with Deli Italiano!
Great girl at the front counter!!! Super personable. She was the highlight. The food was okay, my hubby had a calzone and the sausage was not cooked or undercooked. They did say they would refund it off our bill. I had a steak sandwich and it was yummy.
Found my new cheese steak place. Delicious!
Food was very good and service was quick and staff was friendly.
Got two slices to go. Staff was friendly. Pizza was tasty. Outside seating was nice.
This place is so slow. staff. Staff has no sense of urgency
