Pleasant experience and really enjoyed how friendly everyone was, also the greeting coming in the door when they say welcome is my favorite part! Well the cookies are a big part of it too!
Anyways I freaking love Crumbl cookies! They are probably some of the best cookies I’ve ever had. Sometimes the flavors are hit or miss, but I love that it constantly changes so we never get bored. Also my store is pretty fast with their service and I’mnever disappointed with their quality.
I have been to this crumble almost every week since it opened and it had gone down hill! The cookies are not consistently baked anymore and today I got a box of 6 and the lemon glaze was all over 4 of the cookies! For $25 for 6 cookies one would except them to look appealing! Waited 20 minutes when there was no one in the store! The Crumble in Frederick, MD blows this location out of the water!
Awesome cookies. Love the variety of flavors and I also like that they change the menu weekly. Definitely expensive, but a fun treat for yourself or gift for a loved one.Update 3/26/2022: cookies are great and all, but service has been terribly slow. Super understaffed and never have cookies ready at the pick-up time designated or are out of the flavors we’ve requested. This has happened twice in a row. Had to wait an extra half hour last the designated time scheduled in the app the last time we went. Waited an extra 20 minutes this time.Update 4/7/2022: Service is soooooo slow every time we come here. We clicked the “I’m Here” button in the app the second we pulled in at 8:58pm for a 9:00pm pickup time. The app said to come in and grab our cookies because they were ready, so my husband went inside, waited, and didn’t receive our order until 9:12p. There was only one person, a girl, taking orders and putting together cookies and the other two working (a girl and a guy) messing around in the back of the store not helping the girl at the front counter. It’s just obnoxious. So many people got our order before us even though the app said we were #1 in line when we placed the order and checked in. I added a photo (blocking out faces for privacy) of how many people were waiting for cookies while only person was actually working. I feel bad for her.
This is my third and last time coming to a crumble cookie. For $4.38 for one cookie is absolutely ridiculous and the chocolate chip tasted very bland. I could taste no chocolate at all. And when I posted it on my site on Facebook all my friends said that they are not good at all! And their own homemade ones are much better.
Delicious, giant-sized cookies! Awesome customer service, super clean little store front. Our kids love the mini versions for their birthday parties too, and so easy to order through the app.
Was so excited to try this place as others and friends said how good this company was. However, super disappointed the cookie was bland was not cooked all the way through literally tasted like chocolate and flour. Jersey mikes cookies are better just an fyi and cheaper.
1st time and totally impressed!!!!! Great friendly well trained staff, incredible customer service, and impressive.Tonight was busy but not a long wait, when my order was ready he apologized for the wait and showed me the cookies before closing to see if okay. I love that type of service well done.As far a taste, the warm gooey chocolate chip cookie was perfect. The caramel popcorn which I ordered by mistake ended up being our favorite. It was fredh piped icing and topped with Carmel and popcorn. The crispy cookie is what set it to #1.We also got a container of ice cream this delicious!
