Monday, May 09, 2022, at 8:20 pm, the two young ladies said they didn’t have fruits or cake for toppings. It never happened before, probably because they want to close earlier. So disappointed
This place has really went downhill drastically. Ordered 4 ice creams online with very simple request, even gave them a tip. Picked up and went home to see 3/4 incorrect and messed up! Everything was super messy with chocolate all over the outside of the cups. It looked like an elementary child’s work. Totally disgusting and disappointment. Needless to say I’m writing this place off and won’t go back! The place was filthy inside and employees playing on cellphones. Two thumbs down.
Emloye Christina WAS GREAT, but all the other workers left her to make everything. Absolutely rude and made teams. Thank ful for Christina completing our 10 orders solo.
Absolutely disgusting treatment by management. A chain this large should not have problems this big. Lack of stock, spoiling food, and faulty lighting. Unacceptable at best. The location was also understaffed and overworked. Pay your workers more and increase your benefits or close the location down since management and higher is unfit to keep the store in shape.
In late June I placed a delivery order for 3 pints of ice cream to be delivered to an employee as a reward for outstanding performance. Much to my dismay it was nearly completely melted when it finally arrived. After 18 calls to the store and attempts to speak with management about the situation, the ONLY person who took responsibility and action was Alexandra Threadgill. She exemplifies the essence of outstanding customer service, diligence, and leadership. But for her not only would this saga continue but I would Never even consider making another purchase at ColdStone Creamery. She should be recognized within your organization as an outstanding employee. I would hire her in a heartbeat!
this place is absolutely DISGUSTING! there was two employees. the one boy was touching his hair & making everyone’s ice cream with the same gloves he had touched his hair with. he didn’t clean off the stone well so i had other nasty stuff from previous ice cream combinations in my own. the waffle cones were stale because they had left them out in the open with flies touching them. lastly, the second employee was a young lady that had her hair in a side ponytail with her hair flying around as she was serving customers. they need someone to come in from higher up to see how filthy & nasty they are.
This place is not like it used to be if I could give it half a star I would. Firstly, they told my DoorDasher that they would have to wait an hour and understandably he didn’t want to wait after they told him that the line was too long and he’s not a priority right now. Then a new dasher drove all the way out to the store waited another hour just for them to cancel the order after the Dasher waited an hour. The only reason why I DoorDash from Coldstone now is because I do not like going to Coldstone as it is always so unbelievably dirty and the customer service there is lacking too.
This location is consistently filthy; dirt and old ice cream toppings are always piled up on the floor in front of the counter here. We visited recently with our toddler because it's the closest ice cream joint to our house. My husband ordered the "special" Lucky Charms ice cream and it was beige, not green, and had regular marshmallows not the ones from the cereal as advertised. Just an overall disappointing experience and we plan to go to "small biz" type ice cream shops in the future.
