Placed an order for 2 entrees, 2 sides, and 2 drinks through the Chipotle app, was delivered with both entrees and guacamole missing. Calling the store is no help, as the automated system is buggy and will not let you talk to anyone. I was finally able to chat with a live person and they were not able to refund the order or the delivery fees. I did get a voucher out of it, but why would I order again and waste more time and money?
They seemed understaff this day. New employees akwardly not know where to stand or get a flow. Woman with children walked out half way putting her order together in frustration.I was harassed by cashier on his down time about Tabasco sauce bottle. He was bussing down tables. I just got my drink can I get chance to use it? Harassed me again 7 minutes later about same bottle. 2 other guests had same bottle at their table I guess I was approachable because I observe and he didn't go to them about it. Felt singled out. Maybe because I was Hispanic with construction attire.Not a pleasant experience.
Not crowded and they gave great portions and the staff was nice. Very clean
6/12/22Service at this location has been going downhill for a bit, but it was very noticeable tonight. Staff were not friendly when we came in. We were not greeted, no conversation with us until they were done completing a few mobile orders. Had no large tortillas for burritos/quesadillas, no black beans, and no sour cream.
Very rushed, doesn’t make sure they put what you asked for on your food, over charged me, and made no effort to fix the situation. They just try to push you out,NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNTRAINED STAFF WORKING
Walk in order. Location was clean and without empty containers on tables. All fixings were available. In and out in 8mins. Visited on a Thursday afternoon.
The Worst chipotle. Unfortunately I come here almost weekly and I mobile order, they ALWAYS forget something. So I have to sit there and open my food to check every time and sure enough something isn't there. So I have to get in line to ask for it. Defeatinh the purpose of mobile ordering.... The Worst
I would give zero stars if it were an option. On Sunday evening me and my husband had it and after couple hours both of us got food poisoning. Unhygienic and worst Chipotle location I’ve been to.
