We've always had friendly and fast service. Clean place and nice staff.I would recommend updating the app to list that this location does not have a kids play area.
severely disappointed with the service lately. the past 2 times i have been there my order has been wrong. used to love coming here when they first opened, but will not be coming back. employees should be told to read orders back and be double checking orders.
Only time Chick Fil A has not fixed a problem, I really can't believe it. Called, no answer, left message, no call back.
I would give zero stars if I could. Don't order anything grilled or you will be waiting extra time and counting the car behind you go through the drive thur line. I count 12 cars/orders and 10 minutes before I finial got mine. Don't bother asking to talk to the manager; they don't care that you had to wait extra long for your food. Plus missing part of my order.
The convenience in relation to my office may not be good for my health, but using the app has made an already easy trip even better. Great crew that is always pleasant to patrons
Waited 20min for my carry out order. There were lots of others waiting as well. Seemed like they didn't care to pay attention to carry out orders. More focused on drive thru orders.
Chik FILa now selling half sized chicken sandwiches for the same or higher price. Rediculous. This is smaller than the dollar menu burger at McDonald's. I guess we aren't" eating more chicken". It’s chick fil a, and they do a good job here, but What has become a more of an annoyance is that charge extra for a large water. When I’m already spending $12 for a meal for one, I would expect all water to be free. I hate that they still try to nickel and dime me, and it seems to optional per location, as other locations have never charged extra for water. And besides that they have a much slower than average chick fil a drive thru.
Not the usual model of efficiency seen at the drive thru of other chik Fila locations. On five occasions, including the last 3 consecutively, I arrived home to find one family member's meal missing. I'm never going back.
I have been utterly disappointed by this establishment, I asked for 4 regular cokes and was instead given DR P. I also asked for 2 spicy deluxe and was given 2 normal spicy sandwiches. My kids were not happy
