Pretty good for a chick-fil-a. Service was speedy, food was fresh, and staff was friendly.

This may very well become my go to Chick Fil A. I usually go to the Ryan Park location as it's closer to my apartment. However, today, Ryan Park was extremely busy and coupled with staffing shortages, I canceled that order. So, I drove here and I got to say, this is a very clean place. They are attentive. The food actually comes out pretty fast without you having to wait long or even before you leave the counter like it was pre-covid. It was also nice and hot and fresh. So, yeah, going to be going here when I want my usual Chick Fil A meals.
First visit to this location. Like all others, upholds the brand standards. Clean, fast, friendly staff and great food.
I have been here many times , recently the drive thru staff has decided that they need to question exactly how many of each sauce you need - exampleMe“ can i have Texas pete hot sauce with the nuggets?”-them sure( they put exactly 1 packet in the bag.) Unless you tell them the exact number you want they will give you oneThis has happened every time I have been for the last two months. Then when I went in and asked can I get a few more I just came through the drive-through, she said sure but you only said you wanted one...If Chick-fil-A is trying to save money on Texas Pete sauce packets they might as well close the place right now there’s a reason I don’t go to McDonald’s or Burger King or any of the other fast food places because their service is terrible. I hope this isn’t a full trend

I can’t believe I’m saying this but it’s the honest truth, the service at this Chick-fil-a is terrible. Be advised hiring all teenagers as staff members may save the company money but the customers suffer.
CFA I has always been our favorite and with this new location in Lansdowne, we can just walk down there and enjoy our delicious meals
