Restaurant had 1 table seated when I arrived to pick up my order (one hamburger) at the prescribed time. 30 minutes, no food despite several discussions with the server behind the counter. If you are hungry, try another restaurant.
The establishment was filthy! Tables were so dirty my husband had to ask for a rag to clean the table and no one even cared that the customer was cleaning their own table?! Bathrooms were filthy and had no toilet paper.It's a shame no one cares about the cleanliness of this "restaurant". I wonder what the kitchen looks like...

Loved their spicy chicken sandwich, veggie burger and onion rings. French fries are good but not so much. Overall a great burger place with veggie, beyond meat options.
First visit, we tried simple things. Their bacon cheeseburger, while enormous, is about on par with something like Five Guys. Very good but not amazing. However, the onions rings and sweet potato fries were excellent. They have an expansive menu and the rest of it looked really tasty. My daughter enjoyed her milkshake. I'll have to try it again for one of the gourmet burgers.
Visited recently after going there a couple of years ago. The first time I thought it was very good. This recent visit wasn't as good. Walking in the place smelled like clraning products and garbage. Not real strong but enough that we should have left at that point. The food came out relatively quickly but I have to say the preparation of the burger wasn't great. The burgers seemed dry like they were cooked earlier and reheated. There was so little Fi sauce that I didn't think they put any on. I'm general, it wasn't anything better than McDonald's or Burger King. Probably will not be back
Managers, supervisors and all employees are great. Food and shakes are the best. What a treat. Amelie at the front counter does a terrific job!
Of the plethora of burger genre in this area, Burger Fi (this one is my location) is positioned SECURELY at the top. Dude, EVERYTHING is great! I'm not down with the plant based and vegan items, but I am all about freedom of expression and choice.The Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger is AWESOME. The fries are amazing. Shake are also superb, and the staff (frequently overworked) is incredible. This is evident in the consistent quality of food and they're exceptional attitude to customers.I love this place and the people working there!
Please improve signs and awareness as to where one can pickup online order. Really frustrating to order online and then come to the store to find a huge line of customers waiting to order in house, and no idea where to go to find the online order. So that part was extremely frustrating, but the food was great.
Delicious! I had The CEO. The bread nice and soft. The burger tender, juicy, succulent! The bacon jam takes the burger to the next level of delicious-ness! The staff was friendly dispute being short-staffed and busy.
