Went through the drive through to make a quick stop on our long trip home. Was asked to pull around and park out front because the food was still cooking (this was after I paid). Waited in the car for ten minutes before finally having to go in to get the food because they forgot they had sent us around and said they’d bring it to us. Also waited five minutes inside before being acknowledged. If I could give zero stars I would.
The burger wasn't made goodThe savory and the sauce was all over the ppace than on the burger and the chicken was too fried on the top and raw on the inside.This isn't the level of burger king.This place is spoiling the name of the franchise.They asked us to go to front and wait and never bought us the food.The food was served cold.
I don't go to Burger King very much but even I know what goes into a kids meal. Don't waste your time Wendy's has better food and better deals.
Dirty!! The fast food restaurants in this area are dirty. A few months ago we went to the McDonald's next door to this and it was also not well kept. Even the food was ok. The sandwich was messy and they just piled even in the middle.
Terrible terrible service. Their drive thru was not working so I pulled to the window where I was yelled at and told "we knew you were out there, we are busy we get busy sometimes you won't get what you want fast!!!" And boy was he right the food was somehow both cold and burnt! I wanted to get a rodeo cheese burger. I am not sure what he gave me but wow... I have come to expect much better.
Please don’t eat here. The huge white lady is obviously doing the cashier with dreds. I watched a third employee use the kitchen to make HIS lunch that was not Burger King- he had bought it at the store and the uncooked food had been sitting in his car. Call the health dept!Once you get in the drive thru line you’re trapped, even if it takes 30 min (a normal occurrence) to get your food.Don’t blame me if you get sick....
I ordered through doordash at this location twice and they do not follow instructions at all. My chicken sandwich was drenched in sauce when I asked for it to be taken off. Do not go here unless you dislike yourself.
DO NOT GO TO THIS BK!!! FIND ANOTHER OR EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!! The older black man and overweight white women are clearly married or dating as they are always all over each other. I’ve seen her fix his dreads and play with them! No gloves while preparing food! The food was unevenly cooked. Burnt on one side, mushy on the other, old lettuce, my daughter said something in hers was “gooey”. I’d like to hope it wasn’t spit but I can’t say. We threw it away! Fries were cold and stale like they’d been sitting out since the day before. Absolutely the most disgusting BK I’ve ever been to!! We absolutely will NEVER be coming back to this location! Health department needs to look into this place and ALL management needs to be fired! Otherwise shut it down before someone gets really sick!
Took 10 to 15 min for each car to put in their order, what is happening in there? Got in line at 12 and now 1248 , cars are turning around. Need new management
So went here for lunch today… ordered a whopper with cheese… get my food the whopper was cold… went back and instead of making me a new whopper they microwaved it… the white guy in the drive through with glasses was disrespectful… horrible service and workers don’t care about what they feed people…. Nasty place… won’t even answer their phone… called 22 times and nothing…. New management needed ASAP or just shut that nasty place down….
