Not a great experience. Drinks, salad, tots delivered fast but wings lagged way behind and were cold when delivered (also, the BOGO deal was suspicious as the boneless wings were very small). Our server was pleasant but seemingly inattentive to the food delivery delay. The restaurant was not busy so there's really no excuse. The inside could use a deep cleaning as there was a noticeable "dirty" odor. Too many restaurants around here to repeat a bad one.
My family has always loved BWW but this location is so terribly run. We have tried now for our 3rd time to go back and each experience has gotten worse. The 1st two experiences included wrong items being brought to the table, long wait times for greetings, food and drinks, slow service overall, employees chatting vs paying attention to customers, etc. This last time (today) we left within 10 minutes due to being told the dining room just closed so we headed to the bar only to find dirty tables and then 4 servers saw us and not one acknowledged we were even there. The only reason I agreed to try again was to honor my daughter's request for wings from BWW after doing well in a basketball game. What a complete disappointment. The ProBowl is on and the place should be buzzing with people, but instead it is dark, people are being ignored and this kind of service is completely unacceptable.
The wings were really good, theyre always amazing. Not teeny tiny like dominoes wings. The fries tho, the fries were old, cold, and hard like the ones you find under a carseat. I ate them anyway, as i have no shame, but next time id like them fresh.
The food is good and I like the environment. Food and sports, what's not to like. I do have to say for the second time in a row my order came out wrong. Not the wrong meal, but they would forget a simple request. Forget to add a topping, or take a topping away. Not the worst thing to happen, but not a good look.
I always get good service here. I come often and my drinks are always filled and food comes quickly. Malina is the best. Friendly service and great food. I recommend for solo diners or parties of 2 or more. Sit in the bar room and you will get great service.
Let me start with service this time 5stars for the service :) we had a very pleasant waiter , she was really patient and got our orders right and was very pleasing , thank you for that .. we were visiting friends at the town and just did a impulse visit .. place was not busy we happily ate wings as usual and did order some drinks .. our waiter came back right on time when we wanted another round of drinks which in other BwW we would have to chase staff :p
Ordered the Boneless wings and fries over the phone to go. The wings were delicious but this Restaurant is woefully understaffed. I was very glad I didn't decide to dine in. Great food but service is going to be bad due to staff shortages.
Food was good, but the service was terrible. My husband and I ordered at the same time, but his came out 20 minutes before mine. I just took my food to go at that point. We also never got refills and when we asked for the ticket the lady completely forgot. She was getting orders from everyone else and we had to finally flag her down about 15 minutes later. At that point she asks us what we needed.
It's really hard to find a good place for wings. This is my new favorite.
If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke and not only will I never go back - I’ll advise everyone I know to avoid it like the plague.After waiting an hour and a half on a Thursday night (there were only maybe 7 other tables occupied in the restaurant), we were told the kitchen was “backed up”. Not likely, as our order wasn’t large, but whatever. When the food finally came out 10 min later, we were told a discount would be given. We did not initially ask for one.When the check came, they applied a military discount to each check. I’m a veteran, so technically should have gotten that anyway - but for my brother the discount was less than $2.00; didn’t even cover the cost of his drink.We asked to speak to the manager and after she refused to come out and talk - the waitress gave us new checks. This time the military discount was removed... money added back on... and they gave us 6 boneless wings for free.When I asked to speak to manager again - to figure out why they took away the first discount, we were told, the just removed an item.It’s the principle. We didn’t ask for a discount. We asked for wings at a reasonable amount of time. They never bothered to make sure we were satisfied, and just started removing things.In the end, I saved many $7.00When we asked the manager why she avoided talking to us, she said she was busy attending other customers.I told her, “I hope their f**king experience was better than mine!!”Buffalo Wild Wings in Leesburg can go to hell. They don’t care about customer satisfaction, food quality, or even due diligence to their service. And when they realize they perhaps made a mistake - there was no effort made to try and salvage the customers business.*side note*. The food wasn’t even that hot when we got it.Don’t waste your money here. You’re better off burning $20 and saving yourself the time and headache.
