You can't go wrong with an Auntie Anne's pretzel and the Planet Smoothie with it was an unexpected treat. Very nice employees at both.
The worst Auntie Annie pretzel we’ve ever had.Cold, old and hard. Staff was barely paying attention. Would not go back.
Ok so the mini pretzel dogs are ok every now and then. I can't complain about the food, but OMG the employees lack in manners. ZERO customer service experience, I feel bad for the owner, such a great location and all, today was my last visit to this location :/
This establishment is run by untrained staff. The floors and tables outside were filthy and not maintained. This is all due to poor management. All the other poor reviews speak for itself. Still no changes…..
So they wouldn’t allow us to stand and eat our pretzels near the door and stay warm but they are inside making all of the food without masks on.
I work close by and come here at least once a week. I’ve never had a bad experience, food and smoothies are always tasty and the employees are wonderful.
I went to it and the store was very slow. It took me 15minutes to have my order and the wait was inside the store. The baking of the pretzels was extremely slow and the outcome was not very good. It is clearly because the dough didn't rest but rushed to the oven. I would say that it is one of the worst locations of Auntie Anne.
pretzels were amazing! the team were so kind and patient. will definitely be coming here again. i recommend to all!
Pretty sub-par Auntie Anne's. Went mid day on a Saturday and the cinnamon pretzel nuggets weren't fresh and they really skimped on the cinnamon sugar, emphasis on "really skimped". Easily one of the worst Auntie Anne's experiences i've ever had ☹️
Online it says this location closes at 9pm. I walked in at 8:17pm and was bombarded by the workers screaming “We’re closed!!!” like I was evil for coming in 43 minutes before they close. The doors were wide open too so I don’t know why they were acting like it was my fault when a) it says online that they close at 9pm b) I was there 43 minutes before the posted closing time, and c) both doors were open. I was so hurt. I’m never returning to this location again.
