I visited with my parents. We were all satisfied and sufficiently full when we left. Disappointed the roast beef and cheddar is no longer on the 2 for $6 plan. I thought that was permanent and the other two would rotate? Guess not. I imagine that's a corporate decision not this locations. That has to be the most popular sandwich. All in all a good visit. Staff was pleasant and the location was clean.
Ordered the turkey gyro meal with a side of chicken nuggets 2-12-22 @9:30PM. my fries were cold and I asked for fresh ones. they literally handed me the same fries topped off with other cold fries. Instead of chicken nuggets I got moz. sticks. I got my chicken nuggets and they were cold as well.They couldn't even give me a straw and a napkin for my order. I was the only car in line - this should tell you how much the workers couldn't have cared.
You can't go wrong with the beef 'n cheddar with curly fries. This location is one of my favorite Arby's. The place is always clean and the staff has always been top noch.
Second time I've come to this location and it is below mediocre! I ordered a small vanilla shake that wasn't even filled to the top...they have these horrible paper straws that bent the first time I used it. I had to find another at home. Then the shake itself was ALLLLLL tiny bubbles!!! Hardly any sweetness or cream. It was like drinking air! Before this visit the sandwich and fries I got were horrible. Never again. They should just close down.
I came here for lunch and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo. I told Elizabeth the server that I did not want mayonnaise on the sandwich just lettuce and tomatoes. When I got the meal all the sandwich had was lettuce. I brought it to Elizabeth attention and she told the lady that made it that I had wanted Tomatoes also. She then asked me to come get 2 slices of tomatoes. She ask don't you want the tomato, I told her to bring them to me to which she turned around and tossed it in the garbage. They charged me $10 dollars for a chicken sandwich that cost 99 cents in McDonald's and then they served it with a nasty attitude.And don't send me no stupid link asking me to respond with more details. What you need to do is teach your employees manners and to provide excellent service which they don't.Obviously I only visit once every 3 months since it is in the bottom of the fast food chain but now I won't ever visit it again.Is bad enough to receive bad food but bad food with bad service is not for me.
Had the worst Arby’s sandwich today in Leesburg, VA. Just ordered a Classic roast beef. Neither the bun nor the meat were remotely warm. Super disappointing.
Honestly I wasn't going to post anything until I saw my sandwich. I go here often and it's finally gotten so bad that I have to say something. The ladies in the drive through on Saturday nights are pretty rude, my opinion. But what really did it was that they laid my fries in the bag sideways so that ehen I pulled it out they all spilt into the bag. I could live with that too but what did it for me was when I opened the sandwich box, the sandwich was upside down and missing the best ingredients on the top, the crunchy onions. To top it off, they put a comical amount of sauce on it... I won't be going back here Saturday nights. For the record, when the manager is there this place is great.
The service is always fast and the staff is always friendly. The food is hot and fresh. Arbys really does have The Meats!

The kids wanted the new boneless wings so I opted in to try them myself. I was pleasantly surprised!! All white meat and not processed or heavy battered. Really good!
