Pulled up to order and the woman told me to wait, ok no problem. She came back and told me to go ahead and before I could complete the first word she told me to wait. Ok, I get it, it can be busy. I wait. She comes back to take my order and I tell her I want 2 kids meals with cheeseburgers, apples and juices, 1 kids meal of chicken nuggets, apples and a juice, a #2 with a large diet coke and a large root beer. She tells me to pull around. I pull around and hand her my credit card (note that she never gave me a total for the amount). She runs my card and hands it back. Someone else hands me a drink container with a chocolate milk and 3 large sodas. I say "somethings not right" and explain the drink order again. The girl who handed me the container takes the chocolate milk and the original lady tells me that they charged me already for the 3 sodas, ok no big deal I am not going to sweat the chips of bucks. A guy hands me the 3 juices. Someone else hands me the 3 kids meals and walks away. I sit waiting for the last meal. Someone else sees me sitting there and comes to inquire why I am still there. I tell her I am still waiting for the #2 meal. The original lady comes back to the window and tells me there's no other meal. I explain the order again to her and she raises her voice at me telling me that my meal would have been closer to $16. Mind you, she never gave me a total or a receipt and yes I should have asked for one. Finally, she throws the bag at me and tells me "Here, out of my pocket!" and slams the window shut. She was rude and in such a rush, she wasn't doing her job correctly. I would have been more than happy to pay for the meal. Thank goodness I don't ever have to go back there. And I feel for the people who are stuck working with her.
Absolutely rude and horrible staff.Had mobile order, paid for extra items. They failed to fulfill it and refused refund. Employee yelled at me over the phone and would not give me their name. I will be calling back to ask for mgr. waste of time and money.
Today I went to buy a baconator and I had an awful experience. I waited for them to take my order and no one took the order. I went to the window and the cashier named MAHESH spoke to me in an arrogant way, very angry, he told me I'm not going to sell you anymore. I think that if he is fired, the restaurant will be more efficient because even with his co-workers he was yelling at them. HORRIBLE SERVICE
The pecan salad is amazing so do the price, but they are so rude sometimes that I would not recommend this location. Every employee there feels in charge and it’s just laughable.
Drive thru tonight 2 combos + a bacon double total comes to close to$30. Get my food. Missing the bacon double. Wanted to charge me again because they said they didn't charge me before. I know Wendy's is expensive, but there's no way 2 medium combos come to$30! Oh, and they didn't give me a receipt.
The food is fresh and staff are typically friendly, but not much else can be said that's positive. Wendy's prices seem higher than most other fast food places in the area; so there's not a lot of value for the money. Also, strongly recommend if you do go, don't leave the drive-thru - or, more accurately, the parking lot where they ask you to move over half the time while they finish your order - without checking your order thoroughly as more than half the time they will get something wrong, forget an item, or both. Made that mistake yesterday - every food item had an error, an order of fries was missing, and the chicken nuggets kids meal came with ghost pepper ranch sauce. I keep hoping it will get better because my two kiddos still like it but sadly I think it's time to say good bye.
Food is always good at Wendy's. Fries definitely were hot. Also Frosty was delicious. My only gripe is the prices. I wish they would a $1 menu like McDonald's has.
The quality of fast food restaurants vary by location. This is one of the better Wendy's Ive been to in the DMV.
Still has that old fast food joint charm.
Got breakfast here, it was hot and actually quite tasty. Service was fast and cashier was friendly.
