This spot in Herndon is excellent. Bright ,clean and wonderful service. The food absolutely delicious!
First time there, Wait for almost an hour for a menudo… the worse menudo ever, just garlic and cumin flavor tomato water with 7 pieces of tripe…. The customer service us the worse and the food disgusting… Never again!
The cashiers are extremely rude and unprofessional. I tried to place a phone order for some papusas, and they didn't make my order. Then when I got there I had to tell them three times what I ordered while I waited there for five minutes. They kept calling me up and asking me what I ordered. Then they asked me for the fourth time and I walked out,
Fantastic pupusas and tacos, made authentically. They have a few beers available too if you're eating there. The inside may be a bit rundown, but the food is so worth it.
I’m in town for the weekend and my usual places are closed so I decided to give this a try. The pupusas are not good. If you know about authentic Salvadoran food this place is not it. The revueltas are mainly just cheese, what happened to the pork? The salsa is too watery so it made my pupusas soggy even when I only put a little. The horchata is not good either. I could’ve made better ones myself but I’m on a break and wasn’t looking forward to cooking. Aprendan hacer pupusas o no las vendan.
Everytime I come here to pick up my order…. They always say please wait 10 minutes but u end up waiting 30 plus minutes… the day I m writing this review they are not even that busy… I thought I will get my order on time today nope I was wrong.. came here and lady at the front said can you wait 10 minutes…… whenever u ask for your order the lady in the front go to back and ask all other employees and then they all look at you and start laughing…. Very disrespectful…… I don’t give bad reviews to people that easy but this is third time same thing happened to me.
Best pupusas I’ve had in the area yet, tacos are delish as well. Place was very busy and with good reason so the food took a little longer than expected but well worth it.
Love love the food and service here! Everything is made to order, fresh and very tasty! I've tried their pupusas, shrimp with creme sauce and tomato sauce (two separate menus), and my favorite drink, horchata. Everything was so delicious! Can't wait to try out other options on their menu. Definitely recommend if you are looking for fresh, authentic El Salvadoran food!
They have a good menu but, customer service is lousy. One day I went to dinner and it was half a meal when they brought me the bill to pay, that was rude to me.
While the setting is not particularly appealing (at a small strip mall), the food is excellent. Plenty of parking space.
