Tables and floors dirty and sticky everywhere and customer service nowhere to be found. The store wasn't too busy and two staffs were just hanging around talking to each other when I was standing in front of the register ready to place an order. No one came to take the order for a few minutes (they saw me for sure) until I asked if there's anyone taking orders. The guy who I talked to said "ok, I can take the order" and asked what can he get me. Very disappointing experience at this store.

I go to the drive thru every morning on the way to work. My tall cups of coffee are never filled up but today was the worst. It felt light when I took it from window. As I drove off I opened the lid to find half a cup of coffee. For the money I pay for coffee only to receive a cup, this is disappointing. Especially since the barista knew it was half full when making it. Tajauna is great though. She wasn't working this morning but she has wonderful customer service and I enjoy going to the drive thru because of her. She does not make the coffee so if you ever get half a cup it will never be her fault. She's the best. Not the window person's fault today either. Just the person making it.

Updated review:Most of the staff here are awesome. Haven't had any issues with food or drinks.Hours are still hit or miss.Original review:Hours are super inconsistent. Don't trust the published store hours on Google. They don't open until noon.

Poor costumer service. Barista was chatting with friends while they had me waiting at the cashier for several minutes. Patiently waitied ordered my drink and they made the wrong drink.

I was in Franklin lakes, VA. Starbucks for a flat white coffee. The store was clean, spacious and nicely decorated, in store service was slow but the drink was very good.

20211214 the strawberry acai refresher is on the lighter side today. It's more watery. Less sugar for me today! I like it a little sweeter.9 months ago... I visited this location quite often. This location seems a lot slower than the Herndon Centreville Road location that is super fast. There seems to be a longer wait when picking up inside the store either ordering in the store or mobile order. The employees are professional and the store is clean. I frequent the drive thru more because I don't like the inconvenience of parking, getting out if my car, put in my mask, standing waiting, etc... During 1 visit, I inquired about how their tipping via mobile works, and the barista explained to me that the tips are collected weekly and distributed among those who worked that week in proportion to the hours they work. His comment was that they get a couple 'cents'. I know the Starbucks items are pricey, these baristas are serving less number of customers and might have family out of work due to covid. If you can afford to give a tip, please do. Every cents help. Thanks!!!

One of the best Starbucks locations in VA. Coffee tastes great and the seating area is spotless clean.

I ordered ahead of time, came to pick up and the drink was not ready. I waited 20 minutes after that while checking on my order 3 times. The second time I was told they were making it now. The third time I checked, the barista told me they didn’t have the sauce to make my drink and didn’t know I was there to tell me that??? All the while I was standing in front of the pickup counter and hovering. They avoided all eyes contact and tried to walk away as soon as any customer approaching. The guy who seemed to be the shift manager was of no help, to either the employees or the customers.Avoid this poorly run place if you are cranky and in need of caffeine. Yikes.

Ten needs training! Another Starbucks where management needs help and training. Cappuccino was super cold. Sandwiches took over 20 minutes to warm up. Pour over diluted and filled to the brim.

We walked there with our dog. Due to “staffing availability” they would not allow us inside as per the norm. Additionally, they would not accept mobile orders, call-in orders, OR allow us to walk through. This was discriminatory based on my socio-economic status as I cannot afford a car. Rude service from the staff at the window. Occurred on November 8th around 4:15pm
