Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frap and a mocha cookie crumble frap. After a fifteen minute wait, the staff gave us two of the former, instead one of each. They apologized, but guess what. Gave us a third caramel ribbon crunch. I asked them to correct again and finally got a cookie crumble on the third try.All drinks were disgusting. Pathetic taste and hardly any sweetness to any of em.Won't recommend anyone to visit this branch.
I have been coming here for a couple of months in the morning. I will be going elsewhere from now on. The place is dirty. There are crumbs on the floor, tables sticky most of the time. The staff get forgetful and irritated when I asked for water with my coffee. The bathroom is always messy. At 6am there are (brown) traces in the toilet seat. I see staff sweeping behind the counter but not in the seating area. They are busy due to the location and mainly focused for the drive through orders. If you are coming in to sit down expect to wait, not greeted. The garbage bins are overflowing and area is disgusting really. I think they just throw them out from their door. Because they wear their headsets you have to yell out your orders....sigh. Meh experience overall.
I literally avoid leaving reviews and all cost but I have to in this regard because they have turned me away twice for wanting to walk in and order coffee. I'm a 3-minute walk from this location and you either have to come through the car drive-thru or they force you to order off of their mobile app which I have no interest in downloading.
This Starbucks is horrible!Every second time I go there, it's closed! In the middle of the day. And finally when I catch it open, it can't make a frapé.This Starbucks is next to my house but since it's barely open or serving what I need, I will drive to the other one in this town from now on.
This used to be the best & now no one knows what they are doing & its always so slow!! What is happening???
This is a pretty nice Starbucks location. It's pretty standard for Starbucks if you've been to another of their locations, but again, it's nice.There's great seating and friendly staff, as well as most importantly quality Starbucks coffee.This location even has a drive thru which makes it extra special. If you're in the area, don't hesitate to stop by.
They have a sale on on mugs Tahiti keep your hot coffee hot chocolate whatever you want in there hot it was $10 and something great gift for somebody special
Place is never open, and when they are the doors are locked. What is the point of walk in pickup on the app if customers can not walk in.
Arrived at shop ar 520 the shop was closed and they were cleaning they are suppose to close at 830 also listed on the website when we go to the doors it was locked with no sign up to why it was closed and the workers didn’t even acknowledge me they looked at me and resumed cleaning.
Closes some time before 4 pm.I arrived at 350 and they where locked up.I have no idea how good the coffee is because it is always closed before I can get there.
