I am incredibly disappointed by my experience here. My husband and I both ordered our normal drink, Venti Iced Blonde Americano with an Extra shot. Instead we received a Venti Hot Americano with long shots. I asked them to remake so they'd be Iced, but didn't notice the long shot part.Needless to say the drinks were disgusting and we ended up just writing this starbucks off instead of asking them to remake again, and went to the local gas station instead to get Iced coffee. Goodbye almost 12 dollars.This starbucks was not busy at the time and had more than enough staff to handle the customer volume (2 on bar, 1 on cash, 1 floater, and 1 on food).
So we went in to order a usual order for my wife and I a vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew. And a sweet cream cold brew. Here we are a venti cup full of nitro which I’ve been told starbucks can’t legal do, due to the amount of caffeine. I’ve never had an issue with this starbucks. It seems lack of training due to low staffing which I understand but idk how you could mess up something this simple and not read back he label correctly.
I don't have any complaints against the store. They do a good job. However, I get really tift when I see people parking in front of the store to pick up their order. They block traffic coming through there. It creates a dangerous situration for customers walking into the store. I guess these folks think they are entitled. Park you car in the many available parking spaces.
This is the first time I visited after the start of the pandemic. It was not crowded when I went there on a Saturday afternoon. The barista was very polite and all staff were wearing masks. The chairs and couches were placed strategically to maintain distance between them. Parking during peak hours may be an issue.
My visit to Starbucks at Fox Mill Center was quite enjoyable. The barista took my order, rang it up and it was in my hands within 2 minutes. The atmosphere was pleasant and cheerful. I will visit this store again soon.
