Nacho chips are not greasy at all. Qusedilla tasted good. But the server forgot to pack sauces when i order takeout. Good food for quick. I think it is better than uncle julio and chipotle. It is a bit dark inside i think that is why people might walk pass over it. They should increase food portion size for the price. But overall good tasty food. Some reviewers says the servers wasnt friendly or said hi. But you go in for food, not for the servers to welcome you. This is a food joint to eat not a consulting service to chat with you.
Better bowls than Chipotle, fresh ingredients, free guac, free queso. The servers don’t act like the portion sizes come out of their paycheck. I’m not sure why more people don’t come here. Amazing service! Would love to chat with the manager if possible.
Great location and a great experience here. I ordered a takeout/carryout meal and it was ready within 10 minutes and super delicious!The staff here is really friendly and the venue is big for large gatherings. The shopping center here offers plenty of parking and other places to visit after a nice meal here, such as cold stone for some ice cream.Will plan to come back here for sure :)

Worst Burritos! Tasted awful. Honestly I expected much more. For a bulk order, I had to plead for a tiny bit of extra spicy sauce. Was told guac would be added, but was not. Very rude manager. Never going back and I don’t recommend.
Tasty, but service was lacking. While we were waiting for fresh rice, the customers behind us were waiting for several minutes. I don't know why they couldn't take their order while one employee fetched our rice. They needed more help there.
Staff is rude and unprofessional. We placed an online order (which the website let us do). But when we came to pick up the order, they said they were closing early today and did not offer a refund. We were asked (rudely) to come again the next day to talk to the manager. But what if we are not from Herndon? I understand their situation but the way we were spoken to - not cool.
Placed an online order at 7:20 and went there to pick it up by 8:00 and they told me they din't process the order as they closed early(7:45). They did not refund my money back and they were super rude to me, had no explanation. Thoroughly disappointed and I'll never order ever again from these ppl, they just rob money via online orders.
I like the flavor of their burritos and could even eat more of it than my usual Chipotle. But of the few times I tried this location, the cook always prepared small sizes. Chipotle averages 1lbs 13 ounces upto over 2lbs (I have a scale). I've had 1.0 lbs from Qdoba before and they cost more. No change, even after I specified this problem in 'special instructions’.
