Best and tasty sandwiches, clean place, helpful staff.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. That kid behind the counter was already mad before I even ordered, had a nasty attitude and rude as hell. First time I visit this location and last. I do not recomend it.
I bought a skinny wreck sandwich without any add-ons today and they charged me $7.62 (it should be $6.35 after tax). I didn't realize the difference until I went home.
Very unfriendly staff . I waited more than 30 min for a order to pickup. First they handed me wrong order and than they make me wait 30 min
Never disappointed with this location! Its the closest and most convenient potbelly in the area and its fantastic.Location is easy to get to, plenty of parking, and friendly staff.Highly recommend the Mediterranean sandwich on flatbread!
I very regularly get mistakes in my order when I go to this location. Half the time I either get the wrong salad dressing or no dressing at all, white bread is used instead of multigrain, stuff like that.
Poor service! Please don’t waste time ordering this shop if you don’t want to ruin your mood. I ordered a sandwich (bag was sealed) through doordash, they sent soup but the sandwich. Called, bad attitude, they hang up the phone. Called again, they suggested to talk to Doordash and order online again.
Potbelly used to be all about create your own sandwich, great customer service and lovely environment. Now, When I walked in the guy refused to even make my own unique sandwich. He just refused to make anything that is not in the Manu. No place to create your own sandwich. Potbelly should remove that from their board in the store.
They don't know their own menu. I walked in to order 2 Clubby sandwiches and a salad. I told the first person what I wanted and he had no idea what went on the sandwich, he kept asking me what meat and cheese I wanted. The same went for the person doing the toppings. I told her I just wanted what normally goes on the Clubby, that's it. She instead put a little bit of everything on the sandwiches and topped it with mayo instead of ranch. I pulled up the website and read to her the description for the Clubby. She had already made both sandwiches by this time so there was nothing she could do but give me some ranch dipping sauce to make up for the mayo she put on the sandwiches. Also the salad I ordered came with no dressing. So my question is, why does no one working there know what goes on their own sandwiches?? Shouldn't they keep a cheat sheet at least?!
Expensive for little portions and cheap quality food. I make better sandwiches at home. Save you money folks
