Well at lunch time take me 30 minutes on the line and then they said is no white meat,Table was dirty and the chicken was very greasyWell it was a really bad lunch

This pollo campero is the best. It has been getting better in the last few months. It sucks before, but now food taste better and people is nicer.
We got here to pick up our order and they said we had to waot about 25 minutes because the call center did not process the payment. No one told us anythimg we drove about 20 minutes and all to gwt an extremely bad service from the cashier we waiting about 5 mimutes for her to say that, not even a hello or anything. Bad bad bad!!!
Bad service. I order by phone they said that my order will be ready I came to the place and they said that is not ready. I don’t like to make complaints but this time deserves. Bad service
The ice machine had no ice at all so the drinks were warm - eww. They didn't have the AC on so we were sweating as we ordered food. The dishes were filthy. Stay away from this place.

Just bc is the only campero around here , attention to service is awful.Instead of employees saying "am sorry i messed your order and am wasting your time" they get upset.I completely understand human errors. Am human and make mistakes, but messing a single order of 12 pieces , 3 times and keep me waiting for over 25 min and they getting upset instead of I, come on !!!I should be grateful of restaurants open and people working to feed me, but it is also a responsible thing to do, to treat customers in a decent manner.Campero employees' lack customer service training,.They can care less about you coming back or not.I sincerely can't believe employee getting upset bc I asked for food to be dispensed as i had asked and paid for, 3 times...she messed up ..Save yourself the hassle, swallow your pride, take the food a mess as they served it and walk away.
