Put someone on the phone to take orders who listens. Tried to place a order and the can't even take a street number and have you repeat your self 10 to 20 times. I didn't even get to the part of ordering the food! Then she was degrading saying where the location is yet I've ordered from here for over 10 years! Not any more!
The worst customer service ever in the food industry. In this specific location Herndon Virginia Elden StPizza Hut receptionist they got the worst attitude ever. I never come back in this store ever.
Everything was good when it came to the pizza but the moment I opened the cookie and the brownie dessert I’m hit with the smell of puke like it was on the box and the desserts absorbed the smell of something the cookie was fine when I ate it but the brownie was the one that smelt stronger of puke and I couldn’t swallow it other than that it was ok
This place used to be so good years ago now it is absolutely trash! They are serving cardboard as pizza not sure how you really mess a pizza up. The toppings smell and don’t look fresh either. Never again
I ordered around 7pm last night. Food was supposed to arrived by 7:50. Waited until 8:10 and called the restaurant. The employee told me my food was already delivered which was ridiculous because otherwise I wouldn’t be calling. He just told me his manager would call, I waited for an hour for that call and nothing. So I called again and this kid literally repeated what he said on the first call. Anyway. Got my food around 10pm

Extremely understaffed causing workers to be overworked and wait times to be extended extremely. Poor hiring by the corporate office. Just stick with Dominos or Papa Johns this place is not worth your time. My order was skipped multiple times. Spent over an hour waiting on 2 pizzas. Waste of money save both including your time and don’t come here.
Probably the worst pizza I’ve had. Barely any cheese and toppings. I felt like I was only eating bread. Will never return to Pizza Hut again. You’d think this would be a good pizza place since it has the word “pizza” in its name but is the opposite. Save your time and order some where’s else. A good choice would be champs or dominos. You’re welcome.
11/30/2021 the lunch buffet is back with gloves and sanitizer. Great service, it's quiet and clean. Good pizza, breadsticks, pasta and a salad [must request]. Highly recommend it.
They much better than a lot of other Pizza Hut but they definitely need to work on their lighting and modernization!!!
