Vietnamese Bubble Tea Noodles

Came here for dinner recently on a week day—not too crowded and plenty of available tables. Food was tasty and portions are huge—would recommend the Crispy Egg Noodles with Seafood (Mi Xao) and Viet Grill BBQ Pork Chop (Com Thit Nuong)! The Summer Rolls (Goi Cuon) and Spring Rolls (Cha Gio) were good appetizers too. The menu is small, there aren’t too many food options—and surprisingly no Vietnamese desserts either, just milk tea/fruit drinks.

Ever since finding this place I keep having to come back for more! It is definitely one of the very top Phó places I have been to. One of my favorite aspects about their Phó is that you can choose your toppings from no meat to all meat AND they are always very generous with their portions of meat. The broth always has a very rich flavor base. I have always been able to finish a large by myself at other places. However, I can barely finish the regular one here. All of their food and other menu items are also very good. Everything is made when you order it so it does take a few minutes longer, but worth the wait every time.

The first time went here about 2 months ago we were so delighted with the pho. Last week, returned to the restaurant. I was so excited. But the quality went from 5 stars to 0. All veggies were withered, and broth was made from packaged pho. Very disappointed! Seems that the main chef was on vacation and the sous just did not care.

Fresh and delicious! Great vibe, friendly staff and the prices are very fair for the food quality and portions. Summer rolls were my fave but everything was tasty.

One of the best Vietnamese foods restaurant in Herndon Virginia. They always serve you a lot of delicious foods, and plenty of food for your money. You can go wrong with their best barbecue pork with rice, spicy noodles, spring rolls etc.

I had their BBQ dish (chicken with vermicelli noodles). It was delicious! A great portion for the cost. The place was clean and service was swift. My Dad got the lunch pho + roll special and upgraded the size to the normal size (as opposed to a small - which they call a side). If you like Pho (soup) theirs has more cinnamon than some others in the area.

I love this place. We moved to this area and had a hard time finding Pho that was actually good. This place has not disappointed us the last three times we have ordered.

Update: they've gotten much better with giving the right vegetables bag for the pho vs. bun bo hue. However we're having a whole set of different issues with them. Maybe they don't have enough help, or maybe they're training new people, but there's always something wrong with our recent visits. We ordered boba drinks 3 different times, and all 3 times the boba were old and hard. The matcha boba tea was just nasty, took it home, took a couple of sips, and it went straight down the drain. On our last dine in, we ordered Pho, and some of the meat were cut in short thick strips instead of being thinly sliced. We've ordered the summer rolls to go, and the meat was still raw and pink, and it looked like they used beef instead of pork. We didn't open the wrapping, but we did bring them back for exchange. We were rooting hard for them, but we're starting to have reservations about getting food from VietFresh--------------------------------We order from pho Vietfresh just about every week. We've tried their bun bo hue, pho, fried rice, grilled meat dishes, along with spring rolls or egg rolls, and everything have been consistently delicious. They have fair prices and generous portions. My only beef is they tend to give us the wrong vegetables bag for the bun bo hue vs pho. Pho usually comes with bean sprouts and hoisin sauce, while bun bo hue comes with shredded cabbage and sate sauce. Whoever packed our orders tend to mix that up. We'd order 2 pho and get 2 bags of shredded cabbage instead of bean sprouts, or vice versa. You can add beansprouts to bun bo hue, but pho with cabbage is a no no!

I ordered and they brought out my pho in less than 5 minutes! The pho and summer rolls were yummy. The summer rolls cost $6 but they're huge!

We live towards Gainesville VA area. We found this place when my regular restaurant was full.So so glad we decided to give it a try. Food FRESH and delicious! Their portions are generous and the staff are really friendly. This will be my favorite PHO place from now on.Only note that if the place is crowded, orders might take awhile to be served but I assure you it’s worth the wait ?
