Service was great and food was delicious!!! It was our first meal in Virginia and saw a strong storm pass by as we ate there. It's a great place for good Thai food.
The pho broth is VERY salty… I could not finish my bowl. Noodles and chicken were good. My fiancé ordered a rice platter and he said it was nothing special. Not the best place we’ve been but not the worst. We thought the prices were fair.
BUGS!!!The moment I went inside there a few dishes on the table that wasn’t clean. Seems like there’s only one person working there. When I told them there was a bug in my food the server didn’t even ask to change my food nor apologize. I only have an hour lunch and I wasted my time. Going back to the office hungry because of their mistake. Dirtiest place I’ve ever been WILL NEVER COME BACK. Don’t come to this place.
Tasteless Vietnamese coffee. Condense milk in it should have made a perfect blend of sweetness that taste better than with sugar in the black coffee but no… not Pho New. With almost $8 for a tiny amount of coffee in a big large ice cup and watery taste, this is by far the worst Vietnamese coffee I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t consider to go back to try their food since the simplest drink they can’t make it good, their food wouldn’t worth my time.
Purchased one ribeye pho yesterday, and ordered an extra cup of soup, all from the website. Total price was $16. When I was rang up, I was rang up for $20, and told that if I wanted to pay $16, I'd be getting about 3/4 less soup. Vendor does not speak adequate English. Very unhappy with the product taste, presentation and quality. Will not buy from again.
Very mediocre food. Had the pho and summer rolls and they aren’t bad but aren’t good either. Service is almost nonexistent. Don’t really see myself coming back especially when there are better options in the same plaza.
One of the best tasting Pho around NoVa. Very consistent, rich flavorful broth. They can get busy during lunch hour on rainy cold days - so plant accordingly. Service is OK but the Pho keeps us coming back.Definitely check this place out.
Super fresh authentic Vietnamese food! Affordable prices and opened on New Year’s Day, served super fast and very flavourful.
Visiting the area and decided to eat some Pho near by. This place popped up on Google. Pretty decent pho broth. Meat portion is ok. The rice platters are nothing over board. Little pricey for the amount they give. The summer roll $6.50 for 2 is a bit much.
I was in the area for a drs appointment with my mom and we decided to give this restaurant a try as we are both pho lovers. DISGUSTING! My mom ordered a spicy beef pho soup and swears the meat wasnt beef. It looked odd for sure and made her sick. I ordered a veg tofu pho and found a MAGGOT IN MY PHO!! I showed my mom in disbelief. We even google image searched it to be sure and yup thats extremely nasty. I told the cashier lady and showed her the insect as proof and she didnt charge us for my dish. However she showed it to one of the guys who worked in the kitchen and was coming back from doing something. HE WAS CONCERNINGLY INDIFFERRENT. I dont know what they said as they spoke with eachother in another language but the exchange was short and while her face seemed concerned his expression very clearly did not care nor was he surprised. Not going again or recommending even to somebody I hate. I wish I knew how to report a restaurant cause I would. This happened two weeks ago and I just feel the need to warn others.
