We ordered pizza at 5pm and they told us it would be delivered in 20 minutes. After 6pm we decided to call to get a status update. The man kept telling us it would be delivered and that it’s on its way. Around 745pm now, I call and a gentlemen (didn’t get his name) was the most rude customer service rep I’ve ever dealt with. He placed me on hold for 10 minutes. Then hung up on me. Then when I call back he says I need to handle this with door dash because this order was placed with them. He proceeds to hang up on me again. I call back upset and he says “Buddy, you need to talk to door dash…”. When I told him my aunt doesn’t have a door dash account and that we placed the order over the phone with your store he told me that when they are short on drivers they use door dash drivers and referred to it as my problem now. The most rude and unhelpful associate and this store was never like this. And to top it off, I call customer service and they locate our order and said it was created as a pick up order and it’s at the store ready for pick up….unbelievable. And now when I call the store it doesn’t connect. Thanks for this experience
Average fast food type pizza. I like the wings even though most don’t.
Manager keeps phone off the hook the if you push 5 it hangs up. Call center is rude and liars. You just lost a 15+ Year Customer. Papajohns your blacklisted!

They made the wrong pizza then giving me the same cold pizza with a bunch of raw chicken pieces and when I go to pick up my pizza they lock the store at 8:30 on me terrible disrespectful and disgusting service not recommended at all!! ??
Consistently delicious. I enjoyed the the Large Meat lovers and a Supreme.
Absolutely terrible, called 8 times to have each called dropped due to garlic sauce exploding all over the box and pizza and ruining the pizza..... Stillon the phone 30 mins later....
The guy making the pizza isn't wearing a mask.
So I already thinks their pizza is disgusting so I ordered cheese sticks...NONE OF THEM MAKING PIZZA HAD MASK OR GLOVES! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
I really enjoy their dishes and service, good location to my apartment. The employees are always welcoming. Would recommend to others.
