This is the worst panera bread outlet I've ever seen. They even forget to pack complete order which is basic minimum expectations for any restaurant. This happened two times. I ordered bagel and cream cheese and they packed only bagel. Another day I ordered sandwich with french baguette and they forgot the baguette. I'm not sure what is going wrong at this place. They don't pick up phone also.
The staff is always nice & friendly. I ordered to the wrong store & they were able to help me out even though it was my fault. I frequent this Panera 5 days a week & never had an issue
Good food. Unfortunately, they messed up my order this time but that is not normal for them. I would not recommend the pizza flatbread unless you're ok with oily foods. They have some healthy options as well.
Manager in Duty Kathia (if I remember her name correctly) knows the importance of good customer service. Thank you so much for going above and beyond with our order!

I had such an awesome experience ordering at this Panera location. The folks who were taking the orders this morning was kind and efficient. The food was so tasty and now I know what Panera standards are.. Thanks to everyone who makes the customer experience wonderful.
Appreciate on the food quality and level of service that you guys offer. I ordered Egg white Avacado sandwich with a pizza and they were yummy. I ll continue ordering from you guys.
They either hadn’t properly trained the person taking orders or they have someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing taking orders. Employee couldn’t figure out the order for the person in front of me and then my order came out wrong.
Took forever and out of stock on most of their breads.
