A family favorite! I really like noodles and Co because it is fully customizable and they have tons of vegetarian options. The veracruz salad with crunch jalapeño, or the Indonesian peanut saute or just classic penne Rosa. Always add tofu. Another fun thing we like to do is get a side of tomato basil bisque and then dump it in thr food. One time they even cooked it in the smolder Boulder red powder for us.
The atmosphere here is amazing. All the staff were so kind and cheerful. The were also very knowledgeable of the food which is important to me because I wanted both a GF and vegan dish. They answered all my questions and were do patient.Aaron in particular was so wonderful and kind. What would have normally been a mundane and simple lunch experience was made memorable and so incredibly nice by Aaron and the friendly staff. Also restaurant was very clean.
Giving 1star for friendly employees. Ever since I saw an ad for Mexican Street Corn salad, wanted to try it. So, finely a couple of days ago I ordered on my app, Mexican Street Corn Salad for me and Penne Rosa for my wife, to go. I went and brought my order home. My wife’s Penne Rosa was fine. But, I got very disappointed to open & see my Mexican Salad, look at the picture and you’ll see why I say that. I must mention that I didn’t want any meat or tofu in salad. It’s a regular size bowl and it didn’t have any avocado or cilantro. It had very little feta, cheddar tortilla strips, tomatoes or roasted corn. This was my first time ordering from this location and now last.
Is 2am and I could tell you, this is the worst belly ache I gotten in a while. Visiting VA and found something that called my attention for a quick order. Double on the shrimp but the taste over all was not there with some very cold or stale Japanese pan noodles. They close at 10 but the place was empty around 8 and I remembered my wife saying. "You sure about this place" as it just looked like I was the only one buying. Glad to see other orders for carry out. The flavor or sauce was all the way under everything that if I wanted to get the Noodle to taste like anything, was to try to wet them with the sauce. I hate to write anything negative but wow. Being a long night with tummy ache has put a nice mark on me on what I definitely seek to eat ??.
Not a good place they didnt heat up food and didnt make it right I went there one time before their soup was good but they dont have good menu and dont make it right
I called this location like 10 times in a row trying to correct a mistake with my order. Every time it just rang and rang until it hung up on me. I had to call the catering department at another location and ask them to reach out to the store for me, and then magically someone was able to answer the phone. "Noodles and Company, please hold." would be a nice alternative to ignoring the phone ringing. Food is always good, but customer service was pretty irritating.
Food is good and the staff is fantastic. After a long hard day in the middle of the snow storm. This restaurant was open and fully staffed. They were all bright and cheerful and doing everything you expect them to do on a normal day. I have worked food service during days like this and it is really hard not to grumble and bring the morale of the work place down. Great job! Food was good everything up to the standard of noodles and co.
What a tricky website they have to order pickup. Doesn’t let you place order unless you tip them 20%. I’ve no issues tipping them but it shouldn’t be enforced at 20% for a pickup
Great tasting noodle for a decent price.
Literally just bought a bbq mac and cheese to eat at work which is 2 blocks away and the food was absolutely cold
