I've come to this location for 10+ years and have enjoyed it generally. However my last visit here yesterday was horrible. I got the combo meal with rice (which came with chicken + kubideh). My chicken was undercooked and the kubideh was overcooked and completely burned. I couldn't finish my the meal. I am hoping it was just a new staff but it was a very disappointing experience to say the least, especially for a location I've been going to for such a long time.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and their FOOD is NOT CLEAN, DON’T buy from this location. We always buy fromMoby Dock and have tried this location, located on 22000 Dulles Retail PlazaSterling, VA 20166 but will never go there again. My kids and I got sick, we had food poisoning. Their food is contaminated with bacteria, viruses, parasites, and is toxins. Their workers have attitude and SO RUDE, very unprofessional, don’t make the order correctly.Their manager even worse, when the issue is addressed to him, he doesn’t care. All stores follow the “ customers come first” but NOT THIS STORE.DON’T GO to this Restuarant or BUY FOOD from them.
Delicious food as expected since we regularly visit other MD locations. They got our special requests right. Minus two stars for over cooked bread and dirty tables. With five employees, some on cell phones and one taking a break, there should not be dirty tables at 3:30 with only three groups of guests in the restaurant.
My go to place for many years now for Middle-Eastern food. Everything is excellent from the freshly cooked naan, raita and hummus to the succulent lamb chunks (my fav) to the moist and flavorful chicken. Delicious food, generous portions and reasonably priced: can't beat that!
Food is delicious but I think Stephanie’s customer service needs attention. I called and ordered the day’s lunch special with Torshi. I almost always have Torshi with my lunch and anyone who takes my order knows it so does she. I called and Stephanie took my order, I picked up my order and later noticed I was missing Torshi. So I called and Stephanie answered as I was explaining my order detail she rudely interrupted me and denied that I even ordered Torshi. I reminded her that I did then she said I wasn’t charged for the item even though I asked for it.I am a customer of almost 2 years who now is hesitant to go to or recommend this location.
Quite good. Recommend the chicken, it's quite well made. The rice to meat ratio is a bit off though so you end up feeling like you have consumed too many carbs at the end. Stop by if you have the chance; good kebab is always nice.

The quality of food has come down compared to how it was few years back. Not going back again.
