First off this McDonald’s always has issues l-sometimes the system is down, the machines aren’t working, or if not that it’s some other issue. Usually at-least the workers were nice to communicate it to the customers. Tonight tho some rude a** woman working 06/12/22 @ 12:50 am said “we’re not open after” we stood there and she ignored the car on camera until we said hello? and when we asked why she said “I don’t need to tell you” with an attitude. I’m sure it could’ve been said without the attitude
Quite dirty throughout. I visited with friends late at night when we flew into town and no other place nearby was open. The cleanliness was an issue throughout the store; the burgers we ordered were not fully cooked and red inside. The worst was the bathroom. Very dirty and wasn't cleaned at all. There were a couple of customers who seemed to be homeless or drunk and they were lying on the seats inside the restaurant. A disappointing experience.
Always dirty, poor customer service. Staff don’t even bring food to table as they offer for dine in, when they do, they slam or toss items against the table. Poor management. A lot of vandalism, drunk randoms and fights occur on the daily basis. Cops are called very often to this location. Totally horrendous.
A 4a visit, the drive thru only accepted cash so if have early food hunger keep cash on hand. It took longer than normal to get food as I don't know because of staff shortage and/or early am hr. It dependable so great option for cheap eats and open 24/7.
Depending on the tone of day and the staff, the service is hit or miss. When I order I have to check my order to ensure what I asked for is in the bag. The staff at the window can sometimes be very rude and exhibit they don't want to be there. However, I avoid complaining so that no one sits on my food or drops my food on the floor and puts it in the bag. I apologize for being so blunt, but sometimes the staff really makes me feel uneasy because of their attitude and my previous experiences going through the drive-thru. I've been coming here for years, and I think the customer service is in decline - just calling like I see it. There is a bright side; it's usually the night crew I've had issues with, but the afternoon crew is slightly better and very friendly.
It's McDonald'sIt's been about the same for as long as I can remember, the same food and not much has changed on their menu. They should get the glass on that sign replaced it's been broken for months.
The worst customer service and preheated burgers given at night. When asked for check the food and give fresh made burgers, they get extremely mean and curse. Oh wow really??? We pay for the food we get it’s not free but I want the head quarter to take a strict action because the manager himself is not self sufficient he kinda scared from the employees there!!
I’ll say that food is fine but people that work as an employee should show some respect they are annoying and they just show lots of attitude they don’t know how to talk they are so so rude and mean. Specially, the guy that work at night I think that’s maneger or assistant but he’s terrible actually most terrible man i have seen. He don’t give recipts also he ignore you. Sometimes he charge you extra. I wish if I could know his name to mention his name. Terrible people!!!!! Don’t know how this mcdonals have 3 ratings ??
Once again my order was wrong but this is no surprise considering the language barrier. When you order a sausage McMuffin with no egg and you get a sausage McMuffin with egg and a hash brown that you didn't order there's something seriously wrong. Not that anyone at this location cares.
This is the only McDonalds in the Herndon Pkwy Elden St corridor, as well as serves parts of Reston Town Center area. Other than that this place is always packed with day laborers and school kids. Besides that the food and service is about par with other locations.
